Just started season 2 of Blue Mountain State, in my opinion it's one of the best comedies on at the moment, there's not really anything like it on TV, but I would imagine fans of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia enjoying it as the humour is very low brow and based around self serving characters who like to get hammered a lot.

Blue Mountain State is strawberry floating brilliant, never a dull episode. It's just not very well known amongst UK downloaders. I think the best way to describe it is "American Pie the TV series, if the main characters were all American football players".

People would watch it if the The USTV Thread title was changed to pimp it for a little bit! :idea:

I liked the return of Duke Silver, too.

Regarding RS, might look into getting an account for a month, and then setting up usenet when I get back home (VM there). I'd just started downloading Kenan & Kel and Twin Peaks with RS too, going to take forever to complete. :fp:

Does anyone know what RS are like in terms of account sharing (like with the megaupload account, where a few of us could be downloading stuff at the same time, but would suspend it if x amount of people were using it)?

Edit- Might just set up usenet this evening actually, I'll look into it tonight. If I'm paying anyway, might as well get a better service.

Fully agree, I'm only 14 episodes in and already its made me laugh more than any other comedy this year, so many classic scenes Oil Change, "he broke my nose with his cock", rabies, Thad storming the police station, finger up Thad's ass, Thad screaming in nightvision I'm just really hoping it gets a fourth season, I've only seen rumours so far, I'm hoping for some official confirmation soon.

Tried usenet again. Went for Parks and rec 720p. Set it up, brought the NBZ. file into Alt.Binz. Clicked connect and it starts doing it's thing.

Downloading Article [1/66]. Get's to 66 and then it starts from 1 again for r02 (i think and hope there are 11) whilst downloading all these parts in the rar. It's taken about 40 mins to do half of the file. Seriously what am I doing wrong, because from what I can gather assuming I'm doing this all right, Usenet is pretty gooseberry fool for me

, Slow ass speeds of like 150kbs.

I know everyone hates torrents, but I would be able to dl this episode in about 4 minutes.

As Hexx posted in the thread earlier, someone cut some cable in Holland so Usenet's speed is highly variable at the moment. The Parks 720p file is 728.98 MB so at 150KB/s it is going to take a while. Leave it running though, I had max line speed for a while but it's slowed right down again.

I now know what I was doing wrong I think. My ports option was selected as 1. I changed it to 20 ports and my speed shot up to 3mb :mrgreen:

I'm currently getting 150kb/s on a free download, as opposed to my usual 450+kb/s which is still annoying but tolerable.

Edit: download just froze at 11% complete.

It was a complete guess tbh. Just tried it and the got way better speeds. Tried again at 30 but it seemed that 20 was the limit.
