Without meaning to be rude, is she a bit on the geeky side? As I just can't see your average chick liking it.

Urgh, I ended up catching the frist episode of that. It was strawberry floating awful.

Well, it has Zooey in it so it's bound to be gooseberry fool.

And Frank, sort it out mate, Scrubs is bloody awful. It's like a gooseberry fool version of Friends.

Well a little I guess, but there's the whole Chuck/Sarah thing that I think appeals to the females a lot.

Good Lord :fp:

I thought it was common knowledge that the first few series' of Scubs were splendiferous? Come S5/6 it all went downhill.

I can't tell if that's taking the piss out of me or not :shifty:

Either way scrubs and himym have a humor level similar to that of saved by the bell.

Have never really bothered with any USTV series other than comedies before (I know :fp: ) so theres a hell of a lot to choose from. Have heard good things about Breaking Bad, Burn Notice and Chuck. Has to be something the missus will enjoy or at least sit through.

Chuck is a bit of a guy's show, but I'd definitely recommend it for yourself. I'd echo the Breaking Bad sentiment, and I think Castle will be a good shout as well. She'll go mad for the chemistry between Castle and Beckett. Heck, she'll go mad for Castle.

Breaking bad it is then. Thanks for all the other suggestions everyone. Think i'll give the Sopranos a bash after that just from the love on this page.

:D

Chuck is totally for girls too. My gf loves it just as much as me.

I would ruin Tina Fey. One condition though... she has to attempt to keep those glasses on during. That is all.

Truly great episode of Parks. I would have liked to have seen more of Ben's slow mental breakdown though. His claymation film was amazing.
