Which makes Ezekiel the person who created the Saviours and makes Rick a little girl that is going to cry over split beer.

Great story Ricky, no wonder Coral turned out to be such a twat if that is the quality of your bedtime stories.

I'm surprised none of them questioned why his tiger is made of CGI.

I’d be more worried that Trevor from GTA:V was checking out my shelving.

Because the head writer always wanted to do a Medieval / Robot mashup movie and this is his way of realizing that awful fantasy.

I'm starting to struggle with this now. So, not only do we have a medieval, so to speaketh, land. We now have a 'Stig of the dump' Borg hive land, with some bird with a strawberry floating dodgy hairdo. Daryll not telling Carol of what the Saviours have done. Along with Carol being as boring as hell. Morgan, strawberry float off you limp twat. And Coral wasn't even in the episode to piss me off.

Have I covered it all........?!

It's so gooseberry fool

Thing is, due to plot armour we can pretty much guess the entirety of the remaining episodes. I mean (and this is pure guess work) with all the telegraphing, surely Carol and Morgan are going to die. Daryl getting close to the tiger suggests Negan or Trevor will try the same in hubris and get an arm ripped off. Negan will definitely die along with most of the saviours. Maggie will probably get the killing blow on Negan because it's like poetry.

No stakes for anything, you can see it all coming.

Oh and how gooseberry fool is the kingdom thing? I'm sure in a comic context it works, but i just can't buy into it at all.
OH LO BROTHER BE STEADY THY HAND . YES YOUR MAJESTY. NOWUTH FETCHUTH ME SOME GREY DYE FOR MY PRETEND DREADLOCKS. strawberry float off.

Last night was the first time I genuinely thought that the magic has gone from the show. I could usually forgive anything but that was just so bad in so many ways.

I'll still watch it though, not every show can be great from start to finish like BB or Justified

AD7, sorry mate, but your predictions are way off lol.

I didn't hate that episode nearly as much as some. I assume the new gang's speech is another one of those things that works in the comic books but sounds totally wrong when people are trying to vocalise it. But yes, they're crap - particularly the extras who delivered their lines with all the enthusiasm of Milo Yiannopoulos's PR manager trying to muster the willpower to come into work today. Let's hope they all die in the imminent face-off with the Saviours.

Still! Everything else that wasn't about that group - and we'll also exclude the bit with Rick and the spiked zombie which was silly but good fun - was pretty great, I thought, mainly by dint of focusing on Daryl, Carol and Morgan, i.e. three of the best reasons (of an ever decreasing number) to keep watching the show. The Daryl/Carol scenes were really nicely played.

The new group ain't in the comics, they're just made up for the show.I didn't think anything could be as bad as the Grady hospital arc, but strawberry float me I was wrong.

It has its moments, like the opening episode to season 7 which I thought was great. I still watch for those moments. Last night's episode was like a legz akimbo play.

It was an okay episode I suppose. I liked the spiked zombie, which put me in mind of a Regenerator from Resi 4. I thought, "Hey, they should make more of those and employ them against the Saviors!" And then it was killed, because we can't have nice things.

I agree last nights was poor, the carol and daryl scene could have been so much better, they could have based the whole episode around them tbh, Morgan is pissing me off, and that other group :slol: it was like a scene out of equilibrium, theyre all on some sort of mind control drug.
