And now nobody wants to say that Daryl's plan strawberry floated up. I was expecting Rick to have another horribly choreographed fight with him, at least.

Twenty nights in the ice is a long time, when there's Hostiles On The Hill.

That’s probably one reason they didn’t show how Eugene did it.

So we’ll all blame him. Until Burnface (I can’t remember his name) says it’s all that mullet bastard’s idea.

I felt some sympathy for the big death character, purely because I hate Eugene. His “redemption” doesn’t swing that.

Eugene would have to steal Lucille and take Negan's ballsack out before I could see him as redeemed in any way.

Did you guys know that one of the walking dead stars is leaving to go on Fear the walking dead?
Morgan. Don't quite know how they're going to make that work unless they have a huge time jump on Fear

A new showrunner is a good idea, but that article says it’s being taken over by a long term TWD writer so I’m not confident it’s going to improve.

Maybe it's one whose good ideas have always been overridden by twats and she'll be the series' savior? :simper:

Yeah. Maybe.

Seems pretty unlikely, though, I will admit.

Caught up on this season last week and really do think it's reached a new low, the whole story just felt incoherent and I've never been less interested or invested in anything happening to the characters than I am right now. 8 Seasons in I don't really want to give up on it but they're not making the decision easy. Hopefully the second half picks up dramatically.
