Yeah Abraham was a big loss.

The only characters that entertain me now are Negan and Morgan. And I have a feeling they are going to turn Morgan back into a pacifist soon which will make him boring as strawberry float.

The first half of the season was full of action, but it just seemed really slow and boring. I guess the “hero” characters are just too safe now for there to be much tension, you know they are not going to kill Rick or Daryl and you barely give a gooseberry fool about anybody else.

Morgan is off to FTWD mate.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

Morgan going to FTWD makes me think he'll be the next major character to get offed, when I'd much prefer to see the back of other characters first.

He won't be offed, he'll just strawberry float off. Maggie might get the chop next season though.

Get ready to
say goodbye to Morgan soon as he's off to the spin off show

The writers are desperately trying to make people care about the garbage people. I couldn't give a gooseberry fool about any of them,I'm just disappointed that she didn't throw herself into Frey Bentos machine.

I thought she was going to.

I didn't really mind the dump people that much, except for the ridiculous way they all spoke, it'd been alright if it was just the leader (Jadis) as that could have been explained by her being either deaf or having some other speech impediment.

Some predictions for the rest of season 8

Negan will kill Simon after Simon tries to kill him

Morgan will die or just take off somewhere

Rick and negan face off,Rick wins but doesn't kill him, sticking him in Morgan's prison instead

That greasy big mouthed long haired saviour to die horribly at the hands of Maggie

That was a much better episode. Not great, but an improvement on the previous weeks.

I am glad all but one of the junkyard people are dead. They could have been decent characters but the way they spoke was just ridiculous. Queen Junkyard seems to be talking normally after grinding them all up, so hopefully she continues to avoid being annoying.

Trevor was great at being Trevor. Negan is going to strawberry float him up for killing all the junkyard people though.

I take it everyone is loving it as much as me this week then... I forgot it had even been on until I saw it had downloaded.

Every episode is like 95% filler and 5% meaningful stuff now. It honestly feels like they only had a couple of episodes' worth of real content ready to go at time of filming and had to spread it all out over the season, so they winged it, badly.

Gabriel is one of the most annoying characters. Every single strawberry floating time he convinces himself he is right, he strawberry floats everything up.

Still, at least God can shoot a gun for him. :fp:

I was hoping he'd accidentally shoot the doctor instead.

Well that wasn't a great episode.

It's amazing how as the Saviours see people as a resource they're so willing to kill members of the medical profession, a profession that would be very useful in such a scenario as it's not like loads more will be getting trained up.

Tara can do a running jump of somewhere very high, I get why she hates Dwight but wanting to kill him when they're on the run? No, he was trying to help you! Gabriel is also annoying, is he meant to be blind now? Is he putting it on? Is Eugene putting it all on?

I don't get how the Hilltop is so low on food, it's not like they'll have been making drops for the Saviours recently so why hasn't their stores slightly increased? Yeah they've got loads more people on site to feed but I guess they should still have more food than under the prior arrangement.

I think I overthink TV sometimes. Often I wish they'd stuck more closely to the comics than they have though, seems to make more sense in there(except Rick losing a hand, weird way to introduce yourself to cut off a guys hand).

Just wonder which character (guessing it's between two) is going to be told by Negan to shoot a certain someone in the next couple of episodes.
