One of them should have been killed. Glenn is getting too many BS escapes and Carl seems to be bullet proof, first shot in the stomach with a shot gun and now shot through the eye, but I'm guessing the bullet disintegrated rather than getting to his brain. If they had killed one of them off at least we'd know that pretty much no one is safe....

Possible for a bullet to hit eye and exit the side of head bypassing the brain btw.

They're saving Glenn for Negan, and Carl lost an eye in the comics, so that's just the show following suit.

Yes, but the chances are pretty low I suspect. Although given Glen was seemingly eaten by zombies but was in fact just apparently calling out in pain whilst someone else on top of him was eaten, pretty much anything is possible in this programme.

Wasn't Negan Vapourised at the start of the episode?

No, Negan wasn't there. It would've been a shitty way to introduce and then get rid of what's supposed to be a major character

Comic splits everywhere.

Sorry, I just wanted to say it before Ad7. ;)

A good return but infuriating as well. Why not wear the zombie costumes all the time if they work so well?

And for the love of God please don't introduce any more child characters. They are always annoying and always end up doing something ridiculously stupid. :fp:

I thought it was pretty naff to be honest. This show is so stupid and it feels like they constantly write themselves into a corner which they then have to sloppily get themselves out of.

They need to introduce Negan quickly and get things moving.

Why did the walkers just walk into the fire? Is that a thing walkers do?

Funny how none of them did that during the season 2 barn fire finale.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan is playing Negan and considering he's got a recurring role on The Good Wife this season as well, I'm not expecting a Negan appearance before the finale.

6x10: Another pretty good episode, but as usual they add in lots of annoying things.

I loved the time jump. We didn't need to see Carl slowly getting better over the rest of the season, so I was really happy with that.
Rick and Michonne as a couple is interesting. It gives Michonne something more to do at last and does make sense.
Jesus seems to be well cast and it was a good introduction.

We don't usually spend much time with Spencer so it was good to finally get that, but the character is so dull.
Rick and Daryll's adventure started off as a fun story, but it became cartoon ridiculous. It wouldn't have bothered me but the trailer rolling back into the lake was too much. That would never happen except on Top Gear.
So finally confirmation that Deanna got turned into a zombie. The scenes in the woods were really weirdly shot, with her face hidden for most of her scenes. I'm guessing the actress didn't return and they used someone else.
Still no sign of Negan.

The Rick and Michonne thing has been building for ages and if I didn't know that Michonne was a long running character in the comics I'd think that'd mean her imminent death looming.

I quite like the crazy new guy too.

I really enjoyed that episode. Bit of warmth and wit for a change. As satriales says, the punchline to the main plot was a bit contrived, but as it was a wryly amusing moment rather than a dramatic one I didn't mind too much.

Got a weird hunch they're going to telegraph Glenn getting killed by Negan and it's going to end up being Michonne as a 'surprise'.

6x09 and 6x10 were two of my favourite episodes of Walking Dead they've ever done.

6x10- Time skip was a good move but strangely placed in the season. Would have made more sense for it to have happened as the first episode back after the break.

I really like Rick and Michonne as a couple, they've got great chemistry. Hopefully this doesn't mean Michonne is dying in the finale but the death flag makes me worried.

Carl reading an Invincible comic. What other Kirkman comics does he enjoy?

More Rick and Darryl road trips please.

If that is the case what the hell are they going to be doing all season?! I quite enjoyed the last episode but we can't be having slow build episodes like them, AGAIN. Still, the cliffhanger was great so looking forward to next weeks.
