Yeah that was bad.

Those scrapyard people had Rick's entire group at gunpoint but somehow they let everyone get away alive. It was one of the stupidest gunfights I've ever seen.

That tiger came out of nowhere to kill someone who is right in the middle of the action. How did nobody else see it before it got that far!

I'm still not sure if those were flashbacks or a dream but whatever they were it was overused and dull. Seems like the only point of it was to bring back Abraham. I liked that character and the actor but I still didn't care to see him again in flashbacks or as a ghost or whatever it was.

The only good thing I can say is that the tiger didn't look quite as bad as that deer a few weeks back.

Made a gif of the bit where I thought Tara shot Rosita:

It had its moments but too much stupidity and boring nonsense ruined it.

The Abraham flashbacks were dull and were made worse by being dragged out over 3 or 4 separate scenes.

The tiger was hilarious, that's one hell of a well trained beast to know which humans to attack.

They need to quit the annoyingly obvious "oh gooseberry fool are they dead?!!" bits. When they didn't show her actually falling we all knew Michonne wasn't dead.

Sasha's coffin plan was stupid. "I'll die in the coffin and then kill Negan as a zombie!". Yeah nothing could happen to muck that plan up.

Rosita has still done strawberry float all. Swaggering around with a petulant attitude all season and has done absolutely nothing to show she's a "badass".

Coral should have died. The show is lacking tension with the bigger characters and Coral is an annoying little gooseberry fool.

The junkyard people are awful. Awful. Awful. Hopefully they wipe them all out in the first 2 minutes of next season. Or better yet just forget all about them and never show them again.

Overall it was a better episode than most of the second half of the season. But that's not really saying much.

It was definitely one of the better episodes in the latter half of the season (though not difficult!) there were some really stupid scenes (basically covered by you guys) and other scenes (Like Abe) which were not required/ overly long and drawn out.

For a finale, no. It wasn't very good. No sense of dread. No danger. The only major character to die was because that character chose to. And like I've said, other issues that's been covered by you lot.

I think the only reason why I will carry on watching the next season is that I've invested too much time to just walk away. They need to wrap this up, and soon.

Surely to strawberry float someone in the cast or crew, when watching it back during editing, must have laughed out loud at the tiger attack. Are they so scared of being sacked that they just applaud enthusiastically at the nonsense being served up?

As usual though,I'll watch the next season like the frustrated zombie junkie that I am.

Well, it beat the hell out of all those times she could have killed him with the strawberry floating huge knife she had in her hand.

Don't be silly, she had to wait for the perfect moment!

The thing that immediately sprung to mind was that bit in Deep Blue Sea when Sam Jackson gets eaten by the terrible CG shark jumping out of the water. It was just appallingly directed, completely nonsensical and ruined what could have been a decent moment.

It would have been far better if they'd just stuck with the raw unedited footage.

The real issue is we've sat through two seasons of shite for so little payoff. I'm all for a show putting you through the wringer, but the payoff has to be good.

We got a shite ten-minute gun battle with minimal tension and nonsensical actions from all sides.

I don't get why Trash Yoda didn't kill Rick. Standing with a gun at his head while it was all kicking off, for ages. Grazing him with a bullet then kicking him off the stanchion could have killed him (if he landed on his head or something), so why not just kill him?

I suspect part of her deal with Negan involved Rick being kept alive. It's fairly believable that he would suggest such a thing, he doesn't want him dead, he wants him to suffer (see also, smashing in Coral's head in front of him).

For the record, I thought the Junkyard Yoda switcheroo was quite well played last night. Didn't see it coming at all.

Maybe that was part of the deal she made with Negan, keep Rick alive?

The way they talk is dumb, why would a whole group of people devolve the English language so much, it makes zero strawberry floating sense. They make the way Kingdom folk talk seem normal

And she must be super mental if she thinks she has a chance at boning Rick, it would be like sticking your knob in an ashtray, strawberry float that gooseberry fool man, stinky boot.

I loved it.

Shame the other 14 episodes were shite.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.
