Hoisted by your own petard?

I believe that's correct.

Contractions should be avoided wherever possible in writing/typing. ;)

Surely that would depend on the relative formality of the missive in question?

It's available to order online if your local has no stock, you can either get it sent to your store for free, or get it delivered for another £4.95

I'm half considering getting rid of my wii, I can't see anything on the horizon that excites me to be honest.

I still play a lot of Mario Kart, but I have been into my 360 more. If I do i'll wait till they go up in value at Christmas!

It's not a case of there being only one, it's a case of The Wii being important enough to warrant a 'The'.

E.g. The King (Elvis)
The Jammeister (Jambot)
The X Factor (The X Factor)

If anyone doubts Nintendo's Blue Ocean strategy is working, here's an e-mail I received from my nan this morning:

Grandad and I were thinking of getting a Wii. I know you have one, could you advise me of possible prices etc., We were thinking of possibly dropping a hint to your aunty and uncle and your Mum and Dad re Christmas present I could go on the internet but I know I can rely on you to come up with something for me.

They're knocking on 90 FFS!

I do think its a bid sad, Nintendo have made so many classic games and I think it sucks we are not getting another classic this Christmas. Mario Galaxy kept me happy for so long. I would potentially put the money towards a ps3 but I only want mgs4 and at the ps3 price I don't think that would be money well spent.
