I was actually quite emotional at the end. I felt so sorry for Frank. He just wanted what was best for the Union
But then he ended up mixing with the wrong people. That strawberry floating FBI leak
Man I was so angry. They could have got The Greek ("of course I am not even Greek"
) and that other chap if it wasn't for him.
Compared to the first Season it's a real slow burner. I loved the way it portrays the Union boys, it was like a documentary on working class life. Not getting the hours in, the banter on site, heavy drinking and doing what they can to make ends meet even if that means doing some hustling. The Socialist inside of me am cry
I kept asking myself was Frank a bad person? I don't think he was. Just got caught up in something much bigger than him. I hope Nick is OK too
I was watching the last scene with him walking down the road through my hands because I thought someone was going to kill him. Absolutley no feelings towards Ziggy.
The bloody twat. Not too much development on the actual police towards the end. Herc and Carver getting all bitchy was lols. I just don't get them, if they want to be taken srs as real police why don't they put some strawberry floating work in? Felt bad for that Port cop, Beady (?), she got see some real Police work but the case didn't come through
The whole thing with Greggs and her pregnant (wtf?) partner was getting a bit boring, but I suppose it was just used to highlight how important her work is to her. Was Daniels sleeping in a sperate room to his wife in that last episode? Bad times. The real hero of that Detail was Prez for sparking out Valchek
Man that was brilliant.
But seriously. Frank's death
I don't think I've been uspet like that over a TV character before
Season 3 looks like it's gonna be a good one. I presume it focuses on the relationship between East and West Baltimore gangs. More on Prop Joe and Stringer. And maybe the beginning of a fall out between Stringer and Avon? Should be good though mayne.
