I just finished the mission in skellige
on the boat in the middle of the mountains where yennefer uses the djinn to remove the spell....
I was thinking im pretty close to the end ...

Im on level 23 right now as I did a bit of grinding and side quests... Any of you guys who finished got any idea if I am close to the end? I read that I am only close to the end of the first act? and there are three.... That would make the game never ending as Ive already put some 50 hours in it.. :o

Did anyone here successfully try any of the trade exploits, such as the ones with hides or pearls? If so, CDPR know of our deeds and are sending the Tax Man after us!

CDPR

You've probably got around a third left, maybe more.

Apparently if you've used an exploit to farm materials etc the Tax Man will come after you

Finished the main game and am now doing some of the witcher contracts. Stumbled across a major glitch in one of the DLC sidequests where the Wolf just does not die! Had to restart from an older save, but thankfully save often, so was not a problem.

Will probably just get the whole expansion pass - £20 on PS Store, is it cheaper elsewhere?

That's the only Contract I had left to finish. So it's obviously not been fixed yet :(

I've tried it a few times and it still has the same glitch. I wonder if it happens for everyone or just a few? It is odd as this is one of the 'free' DLC packs we got. Managed to do the other one 'Where the Cat and Wolf Play' which was nice enough. Its so nice that even small side quests have such detailed narrative and really makes you feel part of the Witcher world. Fantastic game and will get the Expansion packs because I need more Witcher!

Finished the DLC just now. That was really good, contained some of the most memorable quests in the game and the writing was as strong as ever. I enjoyed the variety too, it goes from being a comedy to a heist thriller to a horror (the Caretaker :dread:) and more.

It took me somewhere between 12-15 hours too, so it's well worth the money. I can't wait for Blood and Wine now.

Is it better to get the season pass or the dlc individually?

No idea, but i assume buying the expansion won't be more expensive then buying both separately.

Just finished Hearts of Stone. Fantastic expansion, lots of great new quests and characters. It's pretty much everything I liked about the main game condensed down to a 10 hour chunk.

I've thrown out the previous 16 hours I spent on this and started afresh yesterday. I'm appreciating it a lot more this time. I'm taking the time to mess around with alchemy and I'm reading EVERYTHING. The amount of content is almost overwhelming. I have no idea if I'm going to get it finished by year-end to include in my 52 games for the year, but this time it is getting finished.
