More excited for this than any full game this year aside from maybe Deus Ex.

Just finished Hearts of Stone the other day, so this is quite nice timing. Thought it was more of the same brilliance as the base game, and also couldn't believe how much they'd ripped off David Beckham  it was quite jarring to see him for the first time and not a lispy London accent.

After reading some of the previews for this, I'm more excited for it than any full game on the horizon. It really sounds like they're going all out for Geralt's last adventure.

Indeed, it sounds glorious and only a few weeks to go.

Still working my way through the main game, currently on the Ugly Baby quest and mopping up some of the lower level contracts and side quests.

This is about the fourth time of me trying to get through it and I'm determined to make this the final go. I've decided to just concentrate on the main questy stuff and ignore the undiscovered locations etc. so that I can actually finish it. There are *far* too many distractions in this, how much free time do the developers think that people have?! :)

Been getting back into this over the last week or so. I was just about ready to go to Skellige when Dandelion asked me to help set up his Cabaret, which spiralled into the Carnal Sins quest which was so strawberry floating good I couldn't believe it. Then I helped Zoltan find some rare Gwent cards, and I was looking at the remaining Novigrad/Velen contracts, but decided that if I didn't set sail now it would be hours before I got back to the main quest. Game is just so dense.

Anyway, now that I'm in Skellige, everyone's Irish and while that's cool, it's as jarring as that one Scottish guy in the latest Star Wars film. Partly because a lot of the nomenclature has a more Scandinavian lean than Celtic, but also partly because everyone sounds like they live 2 miles down the road.

Might wait until I get my hands on a GTX 1070 to play this with everything cranked up to the max. This and Far Harbor for Fallout 4 hit on the same day so I am going to be doing that in any case.

I'm at the end of the last DLC and its annoying, essentially I have to run to a place that has no indication of where it is on an island in a set time. Quite a shock for this game to have such a terrible game mechanic, ill watch a tutorial and finish it off tonight, should bump me up to level 39/40 also. :datass:
