Yep, I gotta say that Ad's glowing recommendation played a big part in my decision to jump aboard... alongside the current twelve-quid price point :) . I'm hugely enjoying it so far although, even at this early stage, my brain is aching  .

And to quote myself:

I agree, do not look at spoilers for this, it will spoil it.

In particular, for God's sake did you not get the memo. Don't look at spoilers! Seriously, how much willpower does it take to just not give in! which I thought was amazing!

Started this game the other day. I discovered the hidden credits as my first puzzle, what are the chances. Had to google what the hell I'd done as it didn't make any sense! You'll know what I mean if you've seen it.

Anyway, this game is brilliant and so rewarding. I've completed 2 areas and have managed to avoid looking up any solutions yet.

Runs like butter on a PS4 pro too, stunning game to look at, so glad I put down the £12

The camera roll on my iPhone is just endless photos of the puzzles now. [emoji23]

Get a load of this banana split.

It's alright, there will be another fifa/pes/cod/battlefield soon.

This is currently £11.99 on the store. If you don't already have it this is a fantastic price.

I couldn't get into braid, which is surprising as I like all that retro 2d stuff

Perhaps I should have another bash at it.

Rapidly-greying is Mediocre to Average at games :fp:

The puzzles would work well, but I imagine the world navigation would be a bit of a chore with a touch interface.

Though the last I heard, they hadn't even started working on the iOS version. If they do release it, the pricing will be interesting, seeing how outraged people get about paying proper game prices for apps.

Nine months later...

It's just been released on iOS. £9.99.

Good luck doing some of the timed puzzles that also involve movement :dread:

Would love to know how this plays on iOS. I have heard good things about it and feel it might be the sort of game that I would like on a format I can dip in and out of quickly (and as it's not likely to make it to Vita I think my iPad could be the best bet).
Thoughts very much appreciated!

Movement is a bit tricky. Press a point on the screen you want to walk to. Puzzles very intuitive though. Only just started - done around 20 puzzles - enjoying so far.

It's one of the best games I've ever played. strawberry float knows how they did it but the puzzles are only the start of it
