The New Day has really outstayed its welcome now. In many ways they've come full circle as the gimmick sucked when it debuted.

Whilst the adults are getting bored with new day or never liked them, you shouldn't ignore the kids, that's the new days market and they are still very popular with them.

I kind of want to see Goldberg retain and then retire the next night. It would be nice to see at least one guy from the really hot WCW era get one happy ending. And generally Goldberg seems like a pretty decent guy these days.

Looks like ITV will be bringing back World of Sport after all, however it'll be farmed out to Anthem Entertainment to produce.

So you're now going to have two wrestling promotions on free-to-air, albeit both produced by the owners of IMPACT WRESTLING. 3 if you factor in 5 Star (which is also supposed to be on Spike). WWE should be worried.

Lesnar vs. Owens. I despair. Poor Owens.

It's ridiculous. Imagine if Psycho Sid just showed up a few weeks before WM15 and just made gooseberry fool of Austin or Rock after they carrying the company running up to it, then bump them down to a mid card match and have Sid fight Yokozuna or somebody who hadn't been relevant for years for the title in the main event! It's the modern day equivalent.

Finn back wrestling? Ok, he could save Mania.

Knowing them they'll probably just stick him in the Andre the Giant memorial battle royale :fp:

Imagine it will be Joe vs Balor

They should have Balor return on the raw after mania. I would imagine that's their plan, unless he turns up on raw this week.

But yeah probably seeing as Joe has nothing else lined up. At least it's a guaranteed good match.

Hmm actually as WWE have videos of the return on WWE.com maybe he will be back by mania. My assumption was always that they would wait until after mania but as WWE have unusually acknowledged this House show appearance it makes me think differently.

If Finn is capable of wrestling a few weeks before Mania, he'll be wrestling at Mania. It'd be kind of cruel to deny him that after the timing of his injury last year

Didn't he only appear on Raw after Mania last year though and was injured within weeks? Hasn't exactly earned his Mania moment? I think they're struggling to fit all the matches in anyway without adding Balor into it. Unless he'll somehow face HHH if Rollins doesn't make it.

He was drafted before SummerSlam and beat Rollins for the Universal Title at that event, where he also got injured. They clearly want to give him a major push so I don't believe they'd deliberately leave him off the Mania card

Storyline wise I would hold him off until the raw after mania. That would give his return the biggest impact well aside from a surprise mania appearance.

That's that then. Hottest match of the night for sure, here's hoping they turn Reigns (and he wins)
