He definitely does seem to want to do that, but I do feel it has diminished him a bit. Until this current version of his character it felt like he was having less and less impact everytime he came back. Other than Owens, I can't really think of the last person I felt genuinely benefitted from a fued with him. Maybe Punk?

Yeah, probably. He gave Punk the only meaningful feud of his long title reign (that WM28 match is so underrated), the problem since then is that he hasn't had a story to sink his teeth into, he was just coming back, losing as much as he was winning, and then leaving again. With Owens he has that story, so like Punk, Owen's rub will eventually mean more. I think the feud with AJ last year was good for Styles too, save for the weird Mania loss.

I'm thinking it may be a 4 way, with Nia Jax added to it.
Any chance of Rhonda Rousey showing up and strawberry floating up the whole situation?! She's pretty much done with MMA and WWE were looking for her to be in a tag match with The Rock last year, plus she's a big WWE fan. Only thing is they'd have to hot shot the title back onto Charlotte at Fastlane for it to work, which would be gooseberry fool, she's been made to look the strongest of the women by far so Rhonda fighting anybody else wouldn't work....except maybe Steph :shifty:

Well that's probably going to happen anyway, she's undefeated at PPV. Maybe a screwy finish instead.

Edit: Thinking about it that's nothing to boast about. I'm undefeated at PPV. I don't think anyone here has ever lost at WrestleMania either, unlike Taker.

I wonder how long it is before Trump is back at WrestleMania?

They'd be beyond stupid to have Trump show up at any of their shows given how such a large portion of their audience is made up of minorities, particularly Mexicans.

What's your point? One gimmick of Mexicans taking the piss out of Mexican stereotypes, and another taking the piss out of generic, middle-class white people.

Owens is such a good heel. He basically turned heel from being a heel  Great segment though.

Jericho was such a huge babyface in that segment too. It was great.

WWE don't have good judgement when it comes to this sort of thing.

We'll see.

Loving that photo of the McMahon family at the white House. First time I've seen triple h and Shane in the same room since he returned. Nice to see Steph with her hands on her nephews shoulders. Suggests that the dirt sheets could be wrong about a family feud or it's just all for camera. Also stephs oldest looks a lot like her.

WWE has to be somewhat careful here not to alienate their fans because they're second only to the NBA for having a liberal viewership.

The NFL losing viewers last season was partially atributed to black players protesting at games.

On air and .com WWE hasn't mentioned Trump whatsoever, even his HOF induction.

Just noticed how Shane has all boys and Steph has all girls. Kinda amusing.

Are you honestly trying to compare some dumb gimmicks to Donald Trump?

Chromecast support finally added to the Network app :toot:

Nope. Just saying WWE have a poor history of racial sensitivity and bad judgement. If WWE were that bothered about Trump then Vince wouldn't have donated money to his campaign and Linda wouldn't be in his cabinet.

You said WWE would have to be stupid to have Trump appear. I don't disagree, I just think they are that stupid - or the boner Vince would get from having the POTUS in his ring would cloud their thinking.

You don't think he'll appear, I do.
