Oh I'm so pissed off. I'd just started to believe that Jericho might take it as well.

That would be hilarious. Bray to win at the Chamber?

I would like something to happen but couldn't imagine they'd have Cena drop the belt so soon

If they go with Cena vs Orton at Mania :dread:

The plan for Mania with Taker and Reigns seems spot on, sadly. That shot with the sign behind him after his elimination  Depressing.

There were some amazing moments, but Reigns killed it dead. I like Orton, but unless Bray gets the title at Elimination Chamber I'm not at all excited about him main eventing 'Mania. If Bray gets the title (or Styles regains) it cheapens Cena's win.

Horrible feeling the rumours are true :dread: If Shane is in Elimination Chamber and eliminates AJ resulting in a 'Mania match I will cry.

I actually cannot believe how quickly they killed the crowd with Reigns. Immediately turning down the volume on his entrance to mute the boos (notice how quiet his music went) and even the cheek of doctoring the audio when replaying his eliminations at the final replay.

Aside from that finale I really enjoyed it. Jack Gallagher running to the ring looked like a child chasing after the school bus.

Thoughts from someone who hasn't see a PPV since before the brand split:

-Preshow is pointless if you're running a 4 hour show, you could put on the best wrestlers in the world and I wouldn't watch it.
-Charlotte as the evil heel who is also supremely athletic doesn't work, she comes across as lanky and a bit uncoordinated. Plus her own "greatness" doesn't work because you never believe her opponent will win.
-Owens good, Reigns as weak as ever. Strauman as a monster worked.
-Heel Neville was the best thing on the show, great character, great work.
-Echo what other people said about Cena, it's hard to care until multiple finishers have been kicked out of.
-Probably the best rumble I've seen live (they've all been gooseberry fool) but the first half badly needed a proper surprise and Reigns at 30, with no signs of his injuries from earlier, was dumb.

If anything this put me off mania, so for the audience who only watch the big PPVs this failed hard.

I really despair. Going into number 30, I'm thinking Joe, or Balor... What a troll.

Would be interesting to know the last time there was a Rumble with zero surprise entrants. That was not worth getting up at 5:30

Cena only got the belt to tie the record. I think he will end up dropping it soon. Probably get screwed by Joe at Elimination Chamber.

This company is amazing.

How many rumbles in a row now has it been that left a sour taste in everyone's mouth?

Orton headlining Wrestlemania, good lord.

There hasn't been a popular Rumble winner since Edge in 2010. Since then we've had Del Rio, Batista, Cena, Triple H, Sheamus, Reigns and now Orton

Last year there was none - unless you count HHH but everyone knew he would appear.

Pretty good Rumble overall, annoyed no suprises apart from Tye but the level 1000 trolling level of Reigns at #30 was pretty funny :slol:

Orton is back to his best only wasn't that excited he won as I seen he was 1/25 on Paddy :(

:slol: Right enough, only the biggest one for a few years. Woops.

I'm happy with Reigns V Taker if it happens.

I'd obviously prefer Orton v Wyatt but not mad at Cena v Orton either.

You can't help thinking, if it wasn't for his entry into the Rumble, his match with Owens would have slowly planted the seeds for people warming (a little) to Reigns. It was a solid match, and Reigns' best performance since his two matches with Styles.

I just don't understand the Brock vs Goldberg match that's rumoured for WM. Goldberg squashed him at Survivor Series and then easily eliminated him last night, makes no sense that Goldberg would want to fight him again. Don't see any real point to the Reigns vs Undertaker also make no sense I just don't get the point. WM is shaping up to be a mess

I can't see Orton legitimately headlining WrestleMania, either against John Cena or Bray Wyatt. Neither feel big enough.

If the plan is Orton/Wyatt then why not have Bray go over? This all feels like an elaborate troll from Vince. No idea why the plan was to give Cena the title for a month either if that is the case.

PCCD & Zellery won the sweepstakes with Randy Orton at no. 23. Much like Orton himself, this is Zellery's second win.
