I really enjoyed that show tbh. I mean yeah I think I just got suckered into cheering Orton. They missed the boat on Jericho winning and going all the way on the ko angle but whatevs.

Is Sting completely done with wrestling after his match with Rollins last year or whenever it was? Would be cool if he came back for one last match to face Undertaker at 'mania.. I doubt the match itself would be great but it would add a bit of interest/novelty to the lineup with a "dream match" type scenario..

Sting injured his neck taking that strawberry floating stupid turnbuckle powerbomb from Seth and it ended his career.

I guess that explains why the camera spent so much time focussed on the person in the ring after the initial entrances.

Potential Universal Title Mania match spoilers:
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio today the title won't be getting defended at house shows from Fastlane onwards. The main event at that PPV is scheduled to be Owens vs Goldberg so it sounds current plans are Goldberg v Lesnar being for the title.

Hang on, we've just had Fastlane, why are they booking it again for?

For some reason I thought RAW didn't have a PPV coming up prior to Mania. I just presumed Elimination Chamber in 2 weeks was it.

Fake Edit: Actually no wait, that was Roadblock they did twice.

What a crock of strawberry floating gooseberry fool. I've waited months for the royal rumble, I was really looking forward to it.

The singles matches were fine, I enjoyed them. No criticism there. Except the 205 match I skipped that.

The actual rumble match was gooseberry fool. No strawberry floating surprise entrants, I guess mark Henry was the surprise huh? NXT entrants don't count.

If they are going for Goldberg in a title match at mania then he should have won the rumble. That makes sense. Then have the elimination chamber for the no.1 contender slot and have orton win that if they really want him ruining wrestlemania.

The rumble was possibly one of the worst I've ever seen. strawberry floating bollocks.

On a discussion point did it look like Goldberg wasn't supposed to actually be eliminated at that point to anyone? It looked to me like he tried to hang on but slipped.

I still think they shouldn't have any PPVs between the Rumble and Mania.

strawberry float this gooseberry fool, I'm still angry. Months of my life wasted looking forward to this. strawberry float it. Screw you vince, steph and hunter. Not you Shane, we know they won't let you have any imput. strawberry float off wwe.

WWE were gifted so many great storyline angles and potential matches and they are just shooting themselves in the foot.

There have been far too many PPVs for years now. I miss the days where there was Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, King of the Ring, Summerslam and Survivor Series.

Because there were only five a year the PPVs just felt more special. When there's one a month, often more I feel part of that lustre is lost.

Why is Orton getting so much hate? He dosen't have bad matches and gets the biggest reaction behind Cena. Confused.

Mainly because it makes no sense and they could have had several better storylines heading into WM that make more sense and would be more interesting

It's boring. I don't mind him fighting in a title match at mania. He can fight cena again if they want but it's boring to see him win the rumble. They had so much opportunity to do something good with it and threw it all away.

He's basically the if you press random on create a fighter, that is Randy Orton.

And there is no way he gets the second biggest reaction in the company.

Who would folk have rather won?

Lesnar would be too obvious and Taker winningnwould have been daft. Suppose Goldberg would have been good.
