Surprised how consistent the show has been. Possibly the most enjoyable main roster PPV so far this year. Which makes me worry it'll be a gooseberry fool show from here on out. Styles getting squashed, or Mahal interfering, or Kane getting revenge on Strowman... So many possibilities for decline.

It feels as if Booker is annoying the other announcers too.

Looking forward to Flair vs Bliss. These ladies keep missing each other in brand picks / trades.

Great match from Flair and Bliss. Would have preferred to see Bliss pick up the win though.

Surprised this is going on next. Praying for no squashing or jobber interference.

That is the longest I've seen Lesnar wrestle for years (since the Taker feud), and possibly his best pure wrestling match for over a decade. I'm so happy Styles was taken seriously. I get the impression Lesnar might have injured his leg on the steps. He probably wasn't due to wrestle again until next year though (RR/WM).

A bit all over the place, but some cool spots, particularly at the start. A shame the likes of Nakamura, Roode and Joe went fairly early. Bizarre ending.

Overall definitely the best main roster PPV this year.

Wow, that turned into a brutal night for SmackDown. The score card says 4-3, but in reality they lost all their main matches. The 6 women tag match, the Universal champion vs WWE champion, the opening 6 man tag with Shield/New Day, and the main event.

I see they’ve given Talking Smack/RAW Talk the boot tonight as well.

Will be very interesting to see where they now go with Clash of Champions next month. Presumably there will be repercussions for Zayn/Owens.

Aj/Brock was pretty good for a modern Brock match, main event was terrible. What the hell was that ending?

Decided to see if I could find the betting odds for last night. SmackDown was way out in front. For anyone that took a punt on that they'll be quids in today. The odds were correct for the other matches though.

I wonder if they are building towards Angle V HHH earlier than Wrestlemania, maybe at the Rumble or something. The build seems to have started too early for it to be a Mania match.

Last night would seem to point towards Kurt Angle vs. Triple H and Triple H vs. Braun Strowman, but in what order I wonder? Kurt Angle vs. Jason Jordan is in there too, I'm sure. So that fits the path of the Royal Rumble, whatever the RAW PPV is in February, and then WrestleMania.

That's true. There's several ways they could maneuver it.

The WWE RAW and SmackDown replays on Sky Sports Arena are now airing on Tuesdays at 9pm and Wednesday's at 10pm. Both shows unedited, apart from the usual.

Braun is getting the "honoured" HHH spot at Mania I feel.

Looks like Braun is going to be trying to make HHH look a threat until Mania I reckon which is a pretty bad idea.

That's a much better decision. Hopefully SD replay won't keep getting bumped later and later by live tennis, golf or even netball.

Yeah that's my gut feeling. Angle may well face HHH earlier with Jordan turning on Angle or something. That though could be a bad decision for his character long term wise.

They do have to be careful though with how the HHH and Angle feud goes as surely Angle staying as GM would make little sense. And I can't see him returning as a full time wrestler.

I’m not sure if they’ll do a HHH/Strowman match, I think the interaction at the end last night was just a little extra to send everyone home happy. I’m thinking it’ll be HHH/Angle at the Rumble and HHH/Shane at ‘Mania. Although looking at the match last night I’m not sure if Angle is capable of much, he doesn’t even seem to be able to stand up straight!

Angle does have awfully bent knees.

Didn't even consider Hunter/Shane, but yeah that's got to be another strong possibility too. I mean who doesn't want another McMahon family feud...

After watching a lot of MMA watching Shane sell an ankle lock horrendously ruined that move. Submission moves shouldn't be cinched in for fecking 30 seconds+ without the guy tapping.
