The mix of apathy and silence from the crowd for this main event. :slol:

There's no way a large portion of the crowd can even see what is happening.

The Punjabi prison is a truly horrible gimmick match, it really is. Amazed they've brought it back.

*reads last nights results*

Even reading a recap is a chore. Another bad PPV, how many more can they go on like this before a big shakeup needs to happen?

Ok I was not expecting the great khali to come back  I wonder if it was a one off or if we have to put up with his one move (big chop) offensive matches for a while.

Wonder if its the set up to make Cena/Jinder at SS even harder odds for the brave American to overcome then he'll disappear.

Feels like it's all leading to Cena winning the belt back so he can turn up on RAW with it as a "free agent". Only a true American hero like Super Cena can vanguish the case of the Mahals here in 1987.

Since the superstar shake-up SmackDown has been absolute gooseberry fool.

Did you notice on Talking Smack last night they've even downgraded the set. Just because.

How far is Cena off the record? I think he'd get the belt and then can see Corbin cashing in.

But Smackdown has been dull since the draft. AJ Styles as a heel champ was the best thing about Smackdown last year. Now we all got is the boring foreign we hate America heels in Jindal, Owens and Rusev. The latter two don't even need to do that.

Every Orton match is boring.

Their complete mishandling of Rusev has reached Cesaro levels of ridiculousness and wastefulness.

I fell asleep! I don't remember the last time that happened, the excitement usually pulls me through. :shifty: I do think that it was a marked improvement over the last two SmackDown PPVs, which sadly isn't saying too much. Some solid matches, but bewildering booking and finishes. Confounding finish to the Styles and Owens match. What on earth was that all about?

They'd be crazy to have Cena break the record vs Mahal. Apart from the tag match, there wasn't really one match I enjoyed. I wonder where this Angle/Jordan storyline will go tonight.

Answer: absolutely nowhere.

If the crowd reaction is anything to go by, and this week paint drying makes more noise, this storyline is death already.

Isn't Orton also close. I could see them going level and then having a match between them to break the record.

Orton is on 13 titles, seen him tweet something about going for 14th at Battleground so couple more to go.

Cena will inevitably break the record, but it kinda sucks how quickly WWE are speeding it through. His win against AJ to tie the record ultimately mattered little given how quickly he lost it, and there is so little build to really make his next win memorable. Cena has attained a lot of goodwill these last few years, so it's a shame to see them fail to capitalise on it and produce an engaging long build. Really make it look like he is chasing that title win, and making it earned.

I do think though that WWE are concerned about Orton breaking the record as he's not far off and although his character is really stale I could see him wrestling for another ten years. That's why I don't expect him to beat jinder for the the title.

WWE would rather have Cena as its poster boy than Orton.

Why am I not surprised they are wasting Cena vs Nakamura on Smackdown rather than Summerslam or something.

Good to see Jericho back :D

I don't see Nakamura doing much in WWE tbh because he can't talk, so by extension can't have a great story. I suppose they could get him a manager.
