Did you watch All In?

The All In pre-show battle royal was a lot of fun. Bully Ray is such a dick as a heel I love it

Jordynne Grace tho  :datass:

I really wish WWE would give Kevin Owens something worthwhile. The guy feels like he is a full company man - trying with everything they ask of him but it just feels like a downgrade after a downgrade. After the beat downs from Strowman and the I quit thing - I though they might have actually had something for him...

And the reward is a feud with Bobby Lashley. Damn.

Women like her and the ones in the 4 way later on really show what a joke the WWE's "revolution" really is.

It started off alright to great in NXT (Banks vs Bayley for example) and sporadically on the Mae Young Classic but on the main show they’re no better than they were in the Trish Stratus/Lita/Mickie James era; they’re just more promently on the show.

The Bellas tag match on RAW this week was awful.

They have something with Becky Lynch at the moment, so we’ll see if they mess that up or not. The crowd reaction to her is huge.

Is there a reason neither Dave Meltzer or Bryan Alvarez showed up to the Death of WCW panel at Starrcast with Eric Bischoff?

Alvarez didn't want to do it and I don't think Dave was arsed either. They both had their own Q&A panel and a Starrcast one with PWTorch so they might have been pretty busy.

Apparently Bischoff always thought Meltzer wrote the Death of WCW book and that was one of the main reasons he's had for hating him all these years. How he didn't know it was Alvarez that wrote it I have no idea

Finally found a spare four hours to watch All In. Loved it! The running order was all over the place, and I wasn't a fan of the lead commentator, nor the guy in the mask, but it was such a consistent show, in terms of quality and entertainment.

Omega and Pentagon stole the show for me, despite the curious placing. When Penta hit his finisher on the ring apron I was convinced Omega was dead. Did not expect to see a return to Black Machismo from Jay Lethal either. The Women's match was ace too, huge fan of Chelsea Green, and despite the name change, I love that she's still doing the Hot Mess gimmick. Tessa Blanchard had some pretty amazing spots too. I really rate Hangman Page, to put on such an awesome match, and sell the strawberry float out of this penis obsessed murder shtick was insane. The 'res-errection'. The Donkey Kong barrel bit too. To be so funny, yet still be able to make your jaw drop is crazy.

Gotta be honest (and I've heard quite a lot of people suggest it was the match of the night), but I started to lose interest in Okada / Scurll. It seemed to go on a bit, especially when we started to see multiple finishers being kicked out of. I did very much enjoy it though.

Did not expect to see Glacier... that was strange. Never been a fan of Aldis / Magnus, but Cody sold the whole match so well. It seemed so much more monumental than it actually was. Huge fan of the Fallen Angel too (I miss him from the current Styles / Joe feud). Was the Jericho / Don Callis bit a piss take of JR at the G1 Special?

Someone on ResetEra linked me to this ep of Lucha Underground. The whole show was a gauntlet match between Pentagon vs Kairi Sane (looking ridiculous :datass: ), Io Shirai and another woman from Stardom.

It's amazing. No holding back just because it's man vs woman.

This was one of my favourite episodes of LU. I remember posting about it at the time, when he threw one of them into the chairs, it looked so brutal. No idea if these still work:

What has Bryan even got to debate, his book is literally here's what happened on this date at this TV show. Hell the WWE network makes his book trivial to fact check now.

On his new podcast (the latest being the first Nitro episode) Bischoff has taken issue with things like reports in the Observer that Nitro may have been originally called “Head to Head” (never mentioned, apparently - TNT themselves named it) or that Hogan vs Goldberg II was on the cards (Bischoff claims for better or worse that it never was).

Conrad and Eric get into a massive argument on the Great American Bash 1998 episode. He then goes onto the Tony Schiavone podcast which he also does and in frustration says Eric is full of gooseberry fool, which was amusing.

Bischoff says when they did Hog Wild 1996 he was expecting lots of hot women to be in Sturgis. And blowjobs. Instead it was nothing but fat chicks.

NXT was really good this week. Gargano vs Dream was ace! Did not expect the 'Johnny failure' chants, nor the goodbye one, half the crowd were a little bit savage.

Kairi Sane with the pirate's booty treasure chest, and opening it to contain the Women's title was so adorable!

NJPW World is much cheaper than I thought, unless I've worked it out wrong (about £7?). I haven't watched for at least a year (I used to watch via dubious means Kodi, but that stopped working randomly). It's a little daunting logging in and seeing the wealth of shows. Not sure where I'll start after All In.

Nope it's not up yet. It's a 4 hour show (with a 1 hour pre-show, but I don't think that'll be uploaded).

Roughly £7 per month is about right.

I would start with this year's G1. Try the gold matches in this list (starting at row 1727), column G is the English commentary link.

Awesome, thanks for posting this, I wasn't sure what else to watch either.

I think signing up for NJPW World is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I properly started watching it when G1 Climax kicked off and I realised that having 4 and 5 star matches to watch on a near nightly basis was exactly what my life was missing.

Now Road to Destruction has started and yesterday's tag match main event was another example of why everyone (*every* *one*) should sign up as well.
