Something, something brand split.

He did 205 anyway. Plus way better than having King, Otunga or Booker.

I remember Duke from TUF, didn't she lose all her UFC fights?

Can't wait to watch the WWE try and build up that bunch vs legit MMA fighters and make the latter look like a group of geeks.

Weird seeing where Rousey is now compared to a year ago.

Train Rousey to wrestle well, make her run through these geeks, then build her up to get killed by Asuka at wrestlemania. =money.

The vibe in that instantly made the WWE girls look like heels.

It will probably be the other way around, WWE will get more mainstream/casual viewers attention if Rousey was the one to break Asukas undefeated streak. They should only do it if she signs a long term contract though, not if it's a short term or once off thing. Asuka is money and it'd be a shame to throw it away just so Vince can wet his pants over having a fluff segment on sports centre.

An announcement about a new Live weekly wrestling show from a UK-based wrestling promotion or promotions is imminent.

This new show will be broadcast on FreeSports, which is available on Freeview Channel 95, along with Sky, BT, TalkTalk and coming soon on FreeSat.

3 wrestling shows on Freeview, 1 now Live, and the biggest promotion of them all hasn't been on free-to-air TV since 2001. Ridiculous.

I hope that's not a permanent thing, kind of lame.

I hope not. I'm also not a fan of that Cody gimmick. I like Cody Rhodes and would like to see him back in WWE one day though.

It's all going wrong for TNA/IMPACT WRESTLING/Global Force Wrestling again; Jeff Jarrett has also gone (again) due to undislosed personal issues (possibly alcohol abuse, maybe as bad as cocaine): https://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2017/0 ... -wrestling

Anthem apprently want out of the wrestling business entirely, which also leaves the World of Sport agreement in limbo I would imagine. That tape library is just begging to be purchased by McMahon.

When the apocalypse comes, the only thing left will be cockroaches and TNA.

Well holy gooseberry fool. No way Vince should be taking shots like that at his age, nobody should at any age!

Yeah, that's was very strange. I can only imagine Vince to talking to KO backstage before hand and saying. I want you to headbutt me real hard, as hard as you can, don't hold back, hit me dammit. Leaving Owens thinking, erm ok boss whatever you want.

Wouldn't surprise me if Vince's ego still thinks he can "hang with the boys" at his age. Shibata in NJPW did a similar headset to someone earlier this year, collapsed back stage and was rushed to hospital with bleeding on the brain and that's basically his career over.

Shibata had just been through a hell of a match and was apparently dehydrated as hell. He's also been wrestling that style for years and it finally caught up with him.

Although he's not 72

The Owens/McMahan segment on YouTube already has 1,800,000 views in only 17 hours, so it's obviously created a bit of a buzz. Also shows how people, including myself, watch Raw and Smackdown these days.
