Love the WWE 24 series, think it’s the best thing wwe has produced over the past few years.

Everyone should go out of their way to watch Tanahashi / Suzuki from New Beginning this morning. Story telling at its finest.

How many great matches have AoP had now? Three or four at least, I'm sure more likely due to their opponents (Gargano & Ciampa / TM61 / Undisputed Era), but their stature undoubtedly helps.

Amazing the turn around in Velveteen Dream's reception since that match with Black. Another solid match. I really rate Ohno, I hope he gets a push soon. Feels like he's mostly on the losing end of his major matches.

Not a fan of Ember Moon or Shayna Baszler. Expect this to be the weakest on the card. Surely Baszler's going to pick up the win, or lose via disqualification. Unless she's getting fast tracked to the main roster via the Rumble...

Shocked Baszler lost, convinced she'll be at the Rumble. Much deserving of the bullshit chants though. They do these MMA fighters no favours when they lock these moves in and it lasts like three full minutes of their opponent writhing around, not tapping. Ember Moon could easily have reached the ropes several times too. Terrible booking.

What a match. Undoubtedly match of the night. Black and Cole are both amazing. The booking was so great, Black eschewing the weapons, being the weapon himself, which made it seem like it was building to his downfall. Cole is such a random bleeder, at one point it looked like he was bleeding from his fingernails. Mauro's passion really makes the show. As much as I like Nigel, the two person announce team works so much better.

strawberry float EC3. Confirmed NXT signing. I knew it was rumoured. Hope they do a better job with him than his initial run.

Another great match. Vega has more heat than Almas. Loved the bit with Candice. Gargano is permanently great. Part of me hopes for a surprise Rumble entry, but part of me wants to see the unfinished business with Ciampa resolved.

TakeOver is always interesting prior to the Rumble, you can't help but speculate about call ups.

If you want to spoil yourself look at betting odds today though usually spot on by now, but dont post in here ;)

I’ll still be putting a coupon on, love betting on the royal rumble and WM.

Completely forgot about the sweepstake this year, gooseberry fool

It’s always better when it’s wide open, the last few years has always been easy to predict.

I’ll stay away from the odds like you said and let it be a surprise

Can we please keep any rumours of surprise entrants and potential winners in spoiler tags, please?

How do you watch it, out of interest? I used to rely on dubious means after the fact (Kodi), but I've noticed Amazon keeps recommending me the app. Wondering if it's decent quality, easy to navigate, pay etc. Some of the promo photos have some menus partially in Japanese. Through the website just isn't convenient for me, but the app would be ideal.

I use njpwworld.com because I don't have a FireStick, so no idea what the apps like. Quality is usually really good for me whether I watch live streams or old videos and I probably get less lag during live shows than with the Network. I found signup and payment fairly painless with Google Translate and just use paypal, the only oddity is that you will be charged every 1st of the month no matter when you sign up, so for instance signing up now would mean you get charged twice in 5 days.

If you can spare around £7-8 a month, it's definitely worth it for the back catalogue alone, but the quantity and quality of new shows is so good. This month, I've seen WK12, New Year Dash and 2 New Beginning shows for around £7.

Give me a shout if you need any other advice or tips :toot:

Omega's selling of the Cross Rhodes was magnificent.

Thanks, especially handy to know about that billing quirk. I'll definitely give it a try, eventually.
