That ref reminds me a little of the late Mark Curtis/Brian Hildebrand.

That ref has featured a few times on being the elite. If you don't know what that is, shame on you.

It's real sad that there's been pretty much zero talk in here of the greatest wrestling tournament of all time. :(

Has Hulk Hogan's Twitter been hacked or something only he suddenly doesn't seem to have an official Twitter page anymore?

The commentators billing Jinder Mahal vs John Cena as the "biggest main event in SmackDown history", and this being stated every other week, not only makes them sound desperate, it's even more farcical than Tony Schiavone calling every episode of Nitro "the greatest night in the history of our sport".

"...in history" has now become a WWE trope/meme.

I pretty much only watched Omegas matches, which were all good in different ways. Even when he killed Evil :slol:

It would seem I've been blocked, which strikes me as odd.

Does main show start at 1am? 4 hours long? NXT Takeover start at 12am or 1am? Finding UK timings is a nightmare.

Going out the Edinburgh Fringe Sunday so off Monday anyway. Yaldi.

SummerSlam officially starts at 12am, though the pre-show matches (and I don't think they've announced which of the confirmed matches will be on there yet) usually get going around 11pm.

NXT is at 1am, with the pre-show at 12:30am, though no matches take place on it. It's also secrectly taped about an hour earlier because they tape Wednesday's NXT before the show starts.

The SummerSlam pre-show is 2 hours and starts at 10pm UK time, according to the Network.

I swear WWE forgets they are a global brand 90% of the time

Their Network subscriptions might be a bit higher if they respected people's intelligence and time a bit more

Thanks chaps, jesus, I can barely watch a normal length PPV - days later never mind live. I'll see how long I last after full days drinking and catch the rest during Monday :slol:

New Day v Usos for SD Titles and Akira Tozawa v Neville for Crusierweight confirmed for Kick Off, decent line up.

There really is no need to keep doing these 6+ hour megathons. In an ideal world they'd at least dump the 3rd hour of RAW, but that's not happening because it's almost the difference between them being profitable and not.

I refuse to be believe there are many people out there that can now keep up with the 17 hours of in-ring programming they're pumping out some weeks. And we haven't even got to the Mae Young Classic or the weekly delayed UK show.

An oversaturation of a product, even a hugely successful one, has proven to quicken the pace of people losing interest. They get out of the habit of watching and then just give up entirely. Eastenders was a prime example for me. Used to watch it all the time until it moved to 4 nights a week, and then I stopped.

Eddie Guerrero would of shook everybody's hand. Classes people! Lost all my respect. You know who you are!

I would say that's him now in the doghouse, but what would the difference be. This bloke has been shat on for years.

I see Jim Cornette has been hired by GFW, returning to TV last night. It'll air tonight here on Spike.
