Compared to last night, this show really does stink.

Creative end to the Styles/Owens match though, if nothing else.

I could have sworn we saw this match on SmackDown a couple of weeks ago.

Jinder sure has a lot of acne on his back and arms. I wonder why...

From Jobber to WWE Champion in 1 month. That's quite the turnaround.

Feels like they're trying to redo what they did with Bradshaw into JBL...expect Bradshaw was higher up the card at the time.

Well the ratings are tanking, so I guess they may as well try something out there. Plus they've got the India tour coming up in September, though I'm not sure if they'll keep him champion that long.

Looks like youtube revenue saga is slowly killing WCPW.

Backlash was meh, with an entertaining main event, with Jinder winning being the right decision.
You can't hinder Jinder!......unless a wellness policy test occurs soon.
Ortons face after nearly killing one of the Bollywood boys

:slol: :slol: Can't stop watching that clip, wincing from the botch into pretend wincing about his shoulder.

Loving that Jinder won, cool to be actually shocked in wrestling these days. He was on Talk is Jericho last week, great listen and interesting hearing about his time away and return etc. Jerichos complete lack of understanding about Muslims, Sikhs and Hindus being different religions is great too :slol: Cringey stuff.

It's funny because he was one of the reasons Mr Kennedy got fired for pitching a move and injuring him, and didn't he basically end Kofi's push years ago too after he messed up a finish with resulted in that "STUPID STUPID STUPID" tantrum in the ring.

Amusingly they seem to be having another crack at getting Backlash right on the June 13th episode of SmackDown. Orton vs Jinder, Styles vs Owens, Ziggler vs Nakamura. Hopefully they retcon all the nonsense and bring some credibility back to SmackDown.

What nonsense? The right people won all those matches. Of course if it's a non title match Styles should beat Owens this time.

That's a shame, WCPW could be awesome if they got on tv. Never understood how 5Star got s tv show. Seems harsh of YouTube to classify wrestling this way (inappropriate content due to its violence) meaning that for a million views they only got $43. Wow.

I wonder how it's hit WWE's YouTube income. It had started to be a big earner for them.

NXT are due to perform at the Manchester Arena on 6th June. Can't see that going ahead now.

Blimey was the Tyler Bates/Pete Dunne match something else. Completely blown away for a number of reasons, in how far British has come along in recent years and how young they both are. Their rise to wrestling at a top level so quickly is mind blowing.

WWE RAW last night did a 1.8 rating and ‪2,615,000 viewers.

I remember when this thread was as its peak and a 3.0 was considered a fail.

Not sure WWE can even turn it around. The rot has set in.

I do find it hilarious how strawberry floating soap writers (who have to write 2+ hours of television a week, with the same people just talking in the same environments) can keep stories and characters interesting.

But strawberry floating WWE can't, even when they have the actual matches to pad out the show, it's really appalling when you think about it.

Did Spike screw up Impact already? Catch up is listing Friday's episode as a repeat of the prior week's episode... :x
