Nice to have a proper meaty match with Orton and Rusev for a change. I liked the finish, with Rusev almost getting the Accolade.

Why is Orton going over Rusev in 2017?

Could see that coming, sadly. Great match though, thank god they added Dillinger.

If by the end of tonight SmackDown ends up with Corbin as US Champion and Jinder as WWE Champion those arenas on Tuesday really are going to be even more empty.

If they had a decent script and it was half sensible, Breezango would probably be quite good in a buddy cop show set in the 80s.

Zayn was an interesting swerve.

I hope that's a proper heel turn for him, he was languishing in the roster.

No matter how many times you see them on the cell, it's still heart in mouth stuff.

As bad as that fall looked (the padding looked like it did bugger all) Shane will be walking out just fine on Tuesday like last time. Even got the same thumbs up!

I thought someone was going to go flying off it. They were being so tentative it looked they were going to make a mistake 18ft up.

'Get some stripper polls'

He immediately regretted that as soon as he said it. :slol:

I don’t think it will be. I’m expected him to play a conflicted sorry character now, which will be even worse for his character.

Start and end of the show definitely worth watching (that alone will take well in excess of an hour to watch); skip the middle. There was no reason for this show to be 4 hours in length so dragged quite a bit in places.

In the zoomed out shot when Shane is about to jump I love how you can clearly notice Sami Zayn standing at the bottom of the cell ready to pull Owens away and when he does the announcers act shocked like he's just appeared from nowhere.

Hopefully it is a heel turn, the man was the most generic(o) face ever, I haven’t had any interest in him since he fought Nakamura in NXT.
All male champions on Smackdown are now heels, not the best thing to get house show attendance up. Jinders wrestling style and character belong in the 80s. They’ve killed off any hype Nakamura had. Great show though :slol:

Bray Wyatt is well beyond even being embarrassing at this point

Since when are Lumberjack matches no DQ?! Back in my day the lumberjacks were just there to throw a guy back in the ring, they can’t just go legally breaking up pin falls!

If Bray was someone with the stature of, say, Kane he could probably get away with this nonsense.

Another great moment on RAW last night was the commentary during the women's Fatal Five Way match. Booker T descending into Steve Mongo McMichael-levels of incomprehensible waffle, and Michael Cole not even knowing the rules of the match, which in fairness could have been anyone's fault including his.
