There have been some truly memorable tunes from past WM. Whether that a good thing or a bad thing has yet to be decided

I have to say, my favourite Wrestlemania theme will always be this one:

I can still hear Vince McMahon's voice overs.

Work made a cockup and moved my day off from Monday to Tuesday - meaning there's no way I can stay up for WM this year and will have to watch Mondy afternoon from a download.

Ugh, I really hate missing Wrestlemania's :x

Listening to the Review-a-Wai's it becomes clear from the clips that JR used to really make even the worst shows seem half decent. All the clips they seem to show in video packages on Raw always have iconic Ross commentary, and he was usually incredibly quoteable. I really don't understand why he seems to have been sidelined. If it is because he no longer wants to do the commentary then fair enough, but they should just be honest about it instead of making it seems like he has been genuinely taken off of the role (Ross is plays up in his blogs that he would do the role if offered). They have given Cole years now to try and make the role his own but it just isn't working and there are no signs it will ever work.

The fact they almost have to bring back Ross to call the big Mania matches speaks volumes. If Ross doesn't call those matches it is going to feel second rate. I remember back in the day, Ross could make even the crappest Raw's sound interesting.

Seems like the rumour going around is WWE will be making an announcement for next year's WM on the monday night after WM like they did last year.

Rock/Cena II is expected - though seems the idea of Punk/Austin and Undertaker/Lesnar are being knocked about

I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being HHH/HBK tbh

Certainly the most likely option but it would work best with a nice slow burn about whether HBK will come out of retirement or not. They could definitely make it obvious it will happen though

HHH as the big boss books the match as he feels HBK screwed him in his loss to Undertaker and wants revenge and to prove he's better then HBK. HBK says no, they spend the next year trying to get HBK to say yes

I don't want it, but it seems to sit better then taking a chance on Taker being around and fit for Lesnar, or even Lesnar being up for it.

I'd be up for HBK/HHH at Mania if it was the final match in the careers of both men. they could even sell it as such

HBK  It's amazing he remained as good as he did at his age and in his condition. I'd be slightly worried to see him back in the ring incase he's lost it.

I'm torn because I do love HBK and i would love to see him in another match  But at the same time he retired on a high, he's stuck to his word for all these years about staying retired and although on paper if he was to come back for one match it would make sense for it to be against HHH...part of me would like to see him face someone else.

If it does turn out to be Punk and Austin as the main event next year. It'll be interesting to see if Punk still has a problem with a non-full time Wrestler coming back just to star in the main event of 'Mania.

I'd love to see Lesnar back/in a WM match next year though. The only person he's been rumoured to be facing is 'Taker. But there a few other guys on the roster that'll be interesting to see him face. Lesnar vs Cena i wouldn't mind seeing.

A year build to an Austin/Punk match would be phenomenal.

It'll have to be something HUGE for WM30 anyway!!
I remember thinking back in the days when bra and panties matches and what not were all the rage, what would they do for WM 30(XXX)?!I was full sure we were heading towards some sort of bra and panties match where they start in their undergarments and then,y'know, have them removed to win :shifty:
How wrong I was :fp:
