Hmm. Both Burial at Sea episodes at over £16 combined isn't much of a saving. No deal.
Shame, as I'd like to experience it.

Always wanted to try Dishonored. :)

Jaysus, Dishonored is class.

Time to buy myself the digital version, already got the DLC for like €4 or something stupid.

I've hooked up my 360 up to new 22" 1080p telly so hope to get into Dishonored DLC next month. :datass:

Worth pointing out as always that anyone who has Live Gold should also download the Xbox One Games With Gold, even if they don't own an Xbox One. Then if you choose to buy one at a later date you can grab all these games for free. :)

Noticed that Resident Evil 4 HD is £4.49 at the moment (I didn't even realise there was an HD remake) and a few other Resi games/DLC. Couple of other Capcom bits too, some Mega Man, Asura's Wrath, Street Fighter, etc. Games and DLC.

Ah right, only the 'highlights' are on the dashboard.

Is Resident Evil 4 HD worth it? I've never played it, but do own the Gamecube version, which I recently bought (and is as yet unplayed).

I still struggle to get my head around my XBOX1 not being able to play the Arcade games available on the 360

Well it's the same game as the Gamecube game only prettier, so it's up to you whether that's worth the extra money. Either way, you should probably play it, since it's one of the greatest games of all time.

I picked up Dead Rising and I'm tempted to get the DMC Collection. How does it compare to the PS3 version? More importantly, can I pay the just difference between the price of the game and the money in my account via PayPal or a card?

You can pretty much say the same thing about the PS4.

Or about disc games.

I am surprised though that MS or Sony didn’t put effort into making their consoles backwards compatible. Being able to advertise that “hundreds” of games were available at launch might have helped shift a few consoles.

Would be harder to sell those shiny remastered editions in that case.

The best way to get backward compability is to add that console's innards in the new console. Even the later version of Wii have to get it stripped out (Gamecube) to drive down the costs, same for the PS3 (PS2).

Even MS can't promise full compability with the 360 and original X Box games, as that seems to be driven by emulation.

I would have paid another £100 for full backwards compatibility. It would have just been so much more convenient to have access to my entire XBLA library, especially now they've added support for external hard drives.
