Someone please explain this. I mean logistically, beyond the 'lol staydead Jap' angle.

I think it's some software that follows the movement of the people on camera. It's pretty impressive, considering it even matches eye movement. Of course Staydead had to choose the most obnoxiously quirky video to demonstrate it, but that's our Staydead.
