It's quite odd to think what some folk consider as reasonable to do... without thinkng of other people at all.

I've run a router at 10/11pm before

I kind of feel like making noise up to 10pm is fine as long as you know the neighbours don't have young children or work shifts. Is this actually unreasonable?

9pm - 10pm would be my cutoff before I get pissy with neighbours. I'll allow them up to midnight on Friday/Saturday nights as long as it's not every single weekend.

The car washing should be nothing compared to the dancing across the roof.

Doing night shifts makes you accept that someone is cutting their lawn at every point in the day.

I'm more annoyed by early morning. List than late night. Cutting your grass at 7am on weekend for example
