The bloody sugar tax indirectly ruining various drinks. Lucozade Original, Ribena and in particular San Pellegrino now tasting absolutely nothing like they used to (or when purchased abroad), and the iconic Coca Cola glass bottles shrinking to a new stupid 250ml size.

So basically because manufacturers want to sell the same amount of product and gooseberry fool parents feed their kids coke via a intravenous drip we’ve all got to suffer.

Well the TV is finally up on the wall :toot:

But they didn't have any trunking so now I'm waiting for a phone call on when they can come back and put the trunking on for the cables :fp:

They also didn't take away the packaging which they're supposed to do as part of the install fee, so now I've got a massive TV box and an ungodly amount of polystyrene in my kitchen.

I tend to keep most product boxes - comes in handy when selling/transporting it anywhere.

Yeah I do this, although I have to clear out every so often as end up with a shed full of boxes.

The fact that I'm the only banana split in this house that can apparently empty the bin and take out the recycling.

My other half will see the bin is full, but just force the extra rubbish on top. Repeat ad nauseam.
When the lid no longer shuts? Just leave the banana split open.

I don't think I'm going to be carting my TV around, especially as it's attached to the wall now. And if I do ever sell it whoever is buying can bring their own box.
Point is I've paid for the service of having it installed and delivered, and taking away the packaging is part of the service factored into the price.

Edit- Installation visit number 4 now booked for Monday.
