Yup, they have done a request refund one.

It wasn't included as I didn't have them, however I did send them the links to the online copies so they had them that way.

Are we talking about the UCS falcon here? I'd be pissed off if that didn't come with the instructions as they're in a nice big set of books

Its the one that got released before episode 7 came out but after episodes 1 2 and 3, and it was on the listing that it doesn't have instructions and that I would be sending them a link to the online versions.

Are you a private or business seller? What reason have they put? Sorry for all the questions but it would seriously piss me off if this happened to me, if you are a private seller and they return it you could say it’s not in the same condition as you sent it out in, eBay then will refund the buyer and let you keep the money as well, I don’t care if it’s a £1 or £100,000 I can’t stand anyone trying to scam me out of money and I don’t let it rest!

Private seller yeah, their reason for the refund is they say it wasn't as advertised because I didn't explicitly say in the listing it is in pieces not built and therefor feel dupped.

Did you not put in a "model will be sent unassembled" disclaimer? That's a rookie mistake!

Today’s consoles really are a piece of gooseberry fool sometimes. Come in at 5, got two hours to FINALLY start Red Dead Redemption 2. Xbox One X needs an update. Well there goes 15 minutes. Put in RDR...needs a 5.32GB update. I literally updated it last weekend.

This happens to me so often now and it just drives me nuts.

Do you have the Xbox in eco mode ? If you put it strawberry float the polar bears mode it will do those updates when you aren't using it
