I find the interface on Prime Video to be pretty terrible in general to be fair. It seems to be actively trying to hide any interesting content from me and making it impossible to find the handful of decent shows and movies that are actually available on there.

The Netflix is also pretty poor in ways but is much easier to work with than the mess that is Amazon.

Prime Video is crap compared to Netflix (it's much better than the advert ridden All4 though!). I am used to an automatic skip titles button on Netflix and Netflix also lets you see the frames as you are fast forwarding, whereas with Prime you have to guess when to stop.

It's also annoying that all the buy/rent stuff shows in the app along with the Prime subscription content. strawberry floaters.

Under the filter there is a tick box for Prime to show only Prime content.

I use the PS4 app, I am not sure if that is on there. It used to be, but when it updated a while ago I couldn't find the option again.

I recall the Android app having an "Included with Prime" button, but it would only apply to the current view. If you changed to a different tab (e.g. moving from Movies to TV) or performed a search it would start showing you stuff to buy/rent again. :fp:

Since Prime doesn't support chromecast I find myself never using it.

Same here, we have a Chromecast in the main TV so Prime doesn't really get a look in beyond watching the odd bit on a phone or tablet.

I have put something on Prime on my phone and then cast the screen to the TV a couple of times for kids shows. It works surprisingly well but isn't good enough for watching a film or something you really care about!

Went to get the custard slice from the fridge yesterday and after spending a few minutes looking for it, remembered I ate it on Sunday.

People putting #onon at the end of tweets. Is it the new #banta? Whatever it is, it's strawberry floating annoying.

Use of the word "optics". Heard it in a few US TV series recently. If people start saying it at work I might have to start stabbing people.

I tell you what is annoying, when a tradesman comes to your house, measures up, drops off a quote, then disappears and you never hear from them again!

It's been a month since i left 2 separate messages on different days saying i was happy with the price and was ready to proceed, and he's blanked me ever since.

I mean seriously, WTF? If you can't do the work (the reason is irrelevant), you inform the bloody customer! To not do so is rude and disrespectful!

Just get your landlord to do the work obvs.

That is annoying to be fair, we had that recently with some work we wanted doing in the garden. I want to give you money to do something for me, just answer my strawberry floating messages. If you can't do it then fine, tell me that FFS!

I just had an old blokes face in my groin (no context thread) after he managed to fall up the stairs. He was looking at his phone and the shock of me walking down the stairs made him slip. :lol:
