People who indicate when following the curve of the road. Sure-fire sign that they don't know what they're doing. You inevitably end up getting stuck behind them, and will likely see intermittent braking for no reason and painfully slow speeds. Tortuous.

Problem is whena sat nav says it is "turn left" and you are in an area you dont know.

No, you glance at the day nav display, look at the road structure and then spot the turning it's referencing. You don't just stick your indicator on and carry on regardless.

Abbreviations have always bugged me a little. People write out full sentences perfectly fine, but then when it comes to the name of something that's also maybe only three or four words they suddenly haven't got the enthusiasm to write it all out?

I get abbreviating something if you've already mentioned it in whatever you've posted, but just jumping straight in with abbreviations (especially when so many games have the same abbreviations) is the worst (IMHO).

I think it's more because nouns are often repeated to refer to parties in correspondence, but many people use them for no reason. It's also become part of a casual tone... Like if you don't use internet words you're soooo formal and tl;dr. :roll:

When you leave work in good time for an appointment and then make it in 10 minutes late because of all the fuckery that happened during the journey.

I took a 3 hour train to a 3 monthly hospital appointment, always got an earful about being late because of train strawberry float ups, which sucked balls.

On the way home, apparently someone on the train was "taken ill". They could either a) take that person off and let the packed train carry on its merry way or b) cancel the entire train and kick everyone off? Guess which happened.

It was probably something where it is dangerous to move the person like a stroke.
