As much as people whinge about Nintendo none of their consoles force updates to play a game, which is very nice.

And they silently download AND install in the background on Wi U, even on standby. Worst console ever.

"It should be common sense to just accept the message Nintendo are sending out through their actions."

Doesn't Doom on the Switch require an update to be played?

What are you talking about, the switch isn't out until 2018.

It's another of those "internet required" releases. The disc wouldn't even start without the update.

People that don't respect proper train boarding/alighting etiquette. I though it was widely accepted that you are supposed to let people alighting leave the train first before you try to board rather than just trying to barge your way on while people are still alighting.

I think the biggest priority if people are alighting, should be putting them out.

I was getting on a busy train and this woman got on in front of me and just stood there looking left and right in the doorway, presumably trying to make the tough decision about which seat to occupy. The press of people behind me meant i and several others had to shove past her to avoid getting crushed. Just get on the strawberry floating train, holy gooseberry fool. As bad as people who stop at the top/bottom of escalators and are oblivious to everyone else following them and look all put out when they get shoved.

I quite regularly add a fat man waddle to my walk when getting off the train in the mornings as people huddle round the door expecting you just teleport past or something.
I figure they are being dicks so bollocks to them so so I sort of fat man waddle off the train bouncing into a few which in my head will get the point across, and if it doesn't it make me feel a bit better so balls to the inconsiderate banana splits.

Was in Sainsbury's last weekend and this woman just stopped in the aisleway behind the checkouts, put her arms on her hips, and seemingly started contemplating what to do. Of all the places to stop, she chooses one where there is a constant flow of people leaving the store. The sheer stupidity. Should have taken her out with a French baguette.

I made the mistake this morning of opening the office door and letting somebody go in front of me. They then walked all the way up the office looking at their phone and walking at a pace that a snail would say was a bit (ahem) sluggish. I see people doing it on the stairs as well, they know somebody is behind them, but read their phones all the way down and take an ice age getting to the bottom.

I have no problem with people reading their phones, just get out of my strawberry floating way while you are doing it.

Its even worse when people stop in the absolutely worst place possible in otherwise big open areas. If they took a few steps out of the main flow of people to ponder the mysteries of the universe or check instagram it'd be fine, but no, they have to be massive melters about it.

I've seen people sitting on the narrow stairs of platform changing walkways at train stations and all it would take would be someone in a rush overtaking someone on the stairs and not seeing them to crash over them.
