I've said good morning to about 5 people in the last 10 mins and every one of them has just walked straight past me and not even looked or acknowledged I said anything. strawberry float off then you banana splits.

Yeah that's pretty impolite of them. It doesn't cost anything to say hi.

Guess they must be tired of Ad7 already.

I'm annoyed with my team at the moment. My colleague got married on Saturday and months back when all the invitations went out everyone said that they would be attending. Fast forward to the day and only about half the team turned up. Having just got married myself, I feel bad for my colleague because organising a wedding is strawberry floating hard work and when you make provisions for people that have assured you of their attendance it isn't unreasonable to expect them to turn up. I find it disrespectful that people didn't show because they made plans with friends (apparently these are more important), it was too far (if it was too far why did you say you would come in the first place?), were "ill" with a cold (strawberry float off), their Mum popped over for the evening (strawberry float off) etc. strawberry floating sort your priorities out you wankers.

I had another wedding 20 miles away (ceremony and reception) meaning I could only attend for an hour of the evening do but I still managed to make it and congratulate my colleague.

I generally give this a pass if they do it once. Figure they might be daydreaming or distracted or whatever. Twice in a row, though, and the strawberry floater doesn't exist to me anymore.

The trickier situations, for me, are the people who alternate between ignoring and acknowledging my greetings. Never quite sure how to treat them. Still arseholes, though.

I had to do that at the end of every day in a call centre, never did, it was a complete strawberry floating waste of time. "Are you on target yes/no", needless beaurocracy is my least favourite thing. If people aren't doing their job, fire them, don't make everyone jobs more tiresomely difficult.

This is especially dickish because there are set prices for caterers and numbers and you will have to pay it anyway if half your guests can't be bothered to turn up with half a years notice or some gooseberry fool.

Anyone else getting bored of all the Diana stuff? I keep seeing interviews with the prince's saying how horrible and stressful it was, having to put on a show for the cameras and all the rest of it, so why are they okay with it being milked for weeks straight and serialised in some shitty BBC drama about how normal nobodies were affected by the news? Absolute nonsense.

But it wuz terible she wuz lyk da prinses and den lyk she wuz ded, I was sad coz I sor her on TV and so I new her.

I was sick of it 20 years ago.
