I literally just answered a call at work and the conversation was so one sided it may as well have been an email. It really annoys me when I’m in the middle of something, as I have to answer the phone if it rings, but I’m just a cranky old bastard so I should probably work on that.
I basically funnel everything in my business towards email but provide other "options". But it's not actually email, it's a helpdesk solution that digests and sends out emails. Sometimes go to messenger or WhatsApp or even text if people don't answer, but I really should ring prospects if I should get any sales.
