I have one working eye that needs a hospital based contact lens.
Breaks this morning - hospital keeps a spare. Phone to ask to come an collect it (it could be in 3 sites)
3 hours later no response.
Having to use old out of date stuff and blow text up 300% to read.

Burn down the NHS!

One of my colleagues - rather than moving the mouse like anybody else would while using a computer - picks it up and moves it, before apparently realising that mice don't work like that, so then moves it in the normal way. What's worse is she slams the mouse down, so every few moments you just hear this slamming noise. Does my strawberry floating head in. Why do something that takes more effort and doesn't work? Just slide the mouse across the desk FFS. What the hell is wrong with you. It's utterly baffling.

She's doing it because her mouse speed is ridiculously slow or has no acceleration and so has to reposition the mouse to continue moving further in the same direction on the mouse matt. It's really annoying yes.

Some mice do work like that btw but not most.

Some people apparently think it's faster to just disable the muscles in their arm than actually put things down resulting in that THWACK whenever they disengage with an object.

I have my mouse speed and acceleration set to almost maximum but I still have trouble reaching the very edges of the screen with the extremely limited range of movement my hands have.

Unfortunately I'm stuck using an 800dpi mouse because I can't find a suitable replacement.

My neighbours are strawberry floating me right off. Is there an easy way to find out who the managing agent or landlord of a property is on the internet? I can find who sold the house last but not the agent for the most recent rental, despite a fair bit of digging. Most answers seem to involve paying for land registry details so I'm guessing probably not.

They put their own window through in an argument earlier, it's getting a bit ridiculous. Broken glass all over the road, which me and another neighbour ended up sweeping up as otherwise cars and bikes would be strawberry floated. Could call the police I guess but don't want to really go down that route when we're stuck living next to them. There's definitely drug deals going down there and their dog attacked my boyfriend the other day.

You could try calling the Council, they might have a record of who the landlord is.

Glitter bomb them.

Red if you start recording (i.e. writing down) all these incidents you can present it as evidence to the council, letting agent, police in future and it will be a lot easier to get rid of them.
