Really that is all anyone should ever be looking at, everything else including BOGOF and 3 for 2 etc is just bollocks gauging maximum prices on individual items and justifying it with bullshit deals.

"It should be common sense to just accept the message Nintendo are sending out through their actions."

Why is this kind of gooseberry fool being peddled on the BBC website? Firstly it's not a 'hack', and secondly you don't get any 'free holiday', you're just bunching annual leave, weekends and bank holidays together. You don't get any more days off than you normally would.

The site's gone downhill so much in the last couple of years; biased news reporting, clickbait articles, sports rumours posted as news, articles encouraging managers to get fired, awful opinion pieces...it's just bad.

It says "BBC Three" on that image, that's the youth TV side of the BBC and so it makes sense that it is written by somebody who thinks that they have to be "down with the kids".

It's like bitching about the kids cartoons in the Telegraph (I have no idea if the Telegraph has kids cartoons).

More supermarket OUTRAGE. Waitrose website is atrocious. Slow, cumbersome, poorly laid out, absolute shite compared to Sainsbury's. And now it's crashed and down for maintenance.

All this STRESS for half price Cirio. More like CHEERIO.

Takeaway menus where no combination of items comes to the exact price required for delivery, meaning you have to spend more than you want just to avoid having to put clothes on.

I created some artwork and had it printed online, with delivery running on an all day window via royal mail today. The person it's going to keeps chasing me with, "I have still not received them?".

First off, that's not a question. Second, I DONT CONTROL THE SRAWBERRY FLOATING ROYAL MAIL

I have to deal with this on a daily basis. Some people either have a completely unrealistic expectation of Royal Mail deliveries, or think that you have control over it. It's absurd.

It was on the BBC homepage. Perfectly reasonable to bitch about them promoting this kinda gooseberry fool.

Talking of bitches, we've had this woman return from maternity leave at work. The company's changed a lot since she was last year (14 months ago) in terms of a new office, loads of new colleagues, new processes, new products, etc, yet she seems completely oblivious to all of this and expects everything to be exactly the same as it was when she left.

"I don't like this new office"
"I don't know why we hired them, what do they even do?" (said while pointing obviously to a colleague)
"You're doing that wrong" (no, I'm doing it differently to how you did it over a year ago)
"I can't cope with all this work" (after being taken through some training courses)

She's been back for two days. :fp:

I may be being controversial here because I don't have any kids and therefore probably have a different mindset, but the all-inclusive package hotel holiday to Spain annoys me. And it usually is Spain, but quite frankly it could be anywhere. The sheer insignificance of the country couldn't be more apparent. Before they ran it into the ground, the documentary sitcom Benidorm got it spot on. The whole idea of spending 90% of your holiday effectively in a hotel, possibly once venturing out to a water park, and eating atrocious American/British food is my idea of the worst possible holiday in the world.

At least when you go to, say, Vegas you are actually experiencing Vegas. It is an aspect of America, in all its gaudy and loud excess. A hotel swimming pool and a chicken burger with chips, baked beans...and a fried egg however is not Spain. All these amazing beaches, and small hotels, and food, and culture, and shops and everything else...you're not seeing any of it. There's no adventure or spontaneity there whatsoever.
