I love Manhattan, which is where I'm currently at. Driving down the freeway and seeing the skyline loom into shot this morning put a big smile on my face, I have to say. :D

Just noticed I've got my first paycheque in my bank account. I basically now have in my bank account more money than I've ever owned at one time in my life. Feels good man

Congrats, mate. Falsey may be on with suggestions on what to do with it. Ignore everything he says.

It's a good feeling! One of the few good things about working is looking at your bank account on payday. It's usually quite depressing a few weeks into the month though. ;)

A few weeks?! I got paid today and it got instantly decimated. £1k into joint account, £300 onto the joint credit card, £150 onto my credit card (paid off in full, though - just use that one to keep my credit rating nice and good.)

Each month has barely started before I'm waiting not-so-patiently for the next payday.

Forum meet at the crisp sandwich cafe (as long as the cereal cafe riots don't spread)? :toot:

Day out with my sister at a crisp packet testing centre would do it.

When snide banana splits use the words "with respect" trying to make you look a fool and you immediately prove them wrong and make them look like the idiot straight after.
