Thinking of selling my Wii ...

And copping a 360 with Fifa 10 and Fight Night 4. You get the premium 360 and both them games for £200 from Game. But what about the red light thing, my mates one just went pear shaped this week.

Anyway, how much you think Ima get for all these on e-bay???

Aren't Tesco selling the Elite, with FIFA 10 and... ODST (?) for £200? Swear I saw that instore.

Same deal is actually only £194.97 with Argos!

I did notice in my local Tesco that the Elite's they had where all older stock still packaged with the HDMI cable. Whilst there is an obvious advantage to that I had my 360 from GAME which was the newer HDMI cableless sales package but was a guaranteed Jasper.

These bundle deals that get pimped when the big releases hit really are stonking value!

Bobby, get rid of some of the games that you won't play again and keep the Wii, it's a great secondary console for a "core" gamer, the wii sports games are fun to go back to every now and again, and worth keeping for when people are around.
Keep a few of the games, sell the rest and buy that elite bundle (I'd get the one with ODST over Fight Night)

360s don't red ring anymore, they're built solidly now, and you're covered for 3 years on that fault anyway. Mayne.

So true buddy the picture quality is dire on a HDTV. As a Gamecube fanatic it really pains me to see what Nintendo have turned into :cry:

Bobby mayne, scrap the Wii. You can't be playing Fifa on the Wii - especially when you're burning and playing with mates. Plus, you can't do half the gooseberry fool on the XBox you can do on the Wii, and you can drive round to Wu-Tang on GTA with a 360.

Wii's shite, 360 isn't - I'd say do it.

Also, even in SD the Wii looks like someone shat on your screen compared to the 360.

I love my Wii. Plenty of games to keep me going. Had a 360 for a bit, and there's very little on it that inclines me to get it fixed or buy a replacement. My Wii is fine.

But if you don't play yours or enjoy playing it any more, Bobby, then I'd argue that you could get a good price for that lot (maily due to quantity of games) and you may find you prefer the games on the 360 more. It's a good console. Plenty of quality games, it seems.

Personally, I'd say you've played the best of the Wii has to offer, but there's definately a couple of gems which it doesn't look like you have. Personally, I'd recommend investing a bit of WiiWare and a couple of Gamecube classics before you decide to sell.

And like Ario said, it's a good 'secondary console' if nothing else. Why not keep it, maybe trade in a couple of the games, and get a 360 later? Maybe wait for a natal bundle in about a years time? I guess you want to sell it for quick cash injection to get a 360, but personally I'm holding off until next year.
