Thirty hurt as bus and car crash

One child was heard to say that "he didn't like the ride and asked his dad if they could go home now" :shock:

The roads around Alton Towers aren't particularly great as it's out in the country. Really Alton Towers needs picking up and moving near a motorway and away from villages that complain about plans for new rides.

I'm not surprised at all. I only live 30 minutes away from the crash, Alton Towers has the worst bloody roads leading to it, I nearly crash every time I go there. It amazes me how the buses/coaches even get through some of the narrow bits. As Star said the road system around that area needs changing, because it's bad for the residents who have to live in an area bombarded by people and for when things like this happen.
