I've heard great things about it, but never played it myself. Do you think it'd hold up to an HD re-release? Even a sequel?

Wasn't Second Sight the game that came out at the same time as something else with an incredibly similar premise?

Not played any of the Darksiders games but they seem to review OK, I'm guessing the IP is in decent hands at least.

Shame Free Radical are no longer about, yet another British developer that bit the dust.

First Darksiders at least is great fun. It's very Zelda like, with more in-depth combat.

I've not really played the second but it's generally considered to be good, but not quite living up to the potential it had.

We'll see how they get on with three, but so far it's looking alright (From the little I've seen at least).

Hm. I've never really been a fan of FPS games but I did play a lot of Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect with my brother when we were kids and they're the only ones I've ever really enjoyed. It'd be cool if they made a new one or a remake, but realistically I probably wouldn't enjoy it these days.

If anything happens I'd expect a remake/reboot type thing. I cant imagine a sequel will happen as how many people remember the original? The ideas alone could work really well updated if it taps into things like Dishonored & Prey.

It probably still plays quite well but I remember it getting quite shooty shooty towards the end which might not have aged so well.

Psi-Ops can be played in co-op where one player controls movement/shooting and the other player controls all the psychic powers, and it's legit brilliant

I didn't get on with Darksiders, I found the dungeons labouriously long. Well designed, but sometimes less is more.
