I finished it off and it was great. I got a rank of 7. How are the ranks earned?

I really want to know who ??? is. I'm thinking of a certain someone, but I'm probably wrong.

My initial thought was either Denster or Hexx.

I think they're on every scene like that whether they need to be or not. The talk option is there sometimes when no-one is around.
