MGMT - Oracular Spectacular
Helios - Caesura
Bloc Party - Intimacy
Peter Broderick - Float

I still need to give Mogwai's The Hawk Is Howling some attention though, as well as Venetian Snares' effort, Detramentalist, and maybe Peter, Bjorn and Johns' new album, which I don't think will hold a candle to Writer's Block

Not listened to many (I'm told Feeder's and The Streets' albums are good), but my fave so far is Pendulum - In Silico. So good for driving to.

Girl Talk - Feed the Animals, has been the best new album from this year.

Best discovery of the year, Chuck Ragan's solo stuff.

But if I'm really truthful I've been out of touch with new music for a while.

Really? I thought that was pretty poor, not a patch on the first.

Got this a few weeks back, and its fantastic. It just seems to improve anything you do if you leave it play in the background. "I'm jim morrison, Im dead", and "I love you, I'm going to blow up your school" are amazing.
