Personally, I approach everybody - male, female in-between - as a collection of warm holes attached to a logic puzzle. This is why I believe I have been so successful, I think outside of just the box.

This is the thing, I remember I had a friend who was terrified of talking to girls, and as others mentioned saw them as some kind of riddle that must have some answer, but the issue was he didn't want to just pick up girls and have sex, he wanted to actually just talk to the girl he liked and go out with her.

I think a lot of guys mistakenly read those books thinking it will help them talk to girls when really as others have said it just puts these absolutely retarded ideas into their heads, that they can A) Treat women like garbage and they'll love it B) Having lots of sex with lots of sluts is literally the best thing ever and C) This is the sole measure by which you can be a man.

I remember my sister once told me a guy once tried to talk to her using those methods, he went up to her offered to buy her a drink, she accepted, and then, when she was a bit interested... he walked away. I guess it was supposed to be one of those I'm so confident I can walk away and you'll follow moves (obvs. she didn't).

Another one I remember from the same friend was that when a girl gives you her number you MUST wait 72 hours before you call her back, to show her that you're not desperate. Again just trying to reduce women to some set of rules, when if you actually thought of them as people like you, you'd realize that a prompt response will be better received.

I mean if even I could do it then literally anyone can do it, they just need some practice and instead of working to solve them like a rubix cube, to think of them like they are asking out themselves.
