I've got a Slimline 250gb 360 with COD:Ghosts, Fifa 13 + 14 and Modern Warfare 3, how much should I be asking for this lot?

Where are you trading? CEX will probably give you more than Game. You can check both online to see how much you can expect, although my experience with Game is that you can end up getting less than their website suggests...

Thinking about sticking it on Ebay or Gumtree, I find CEX and Game are far too tight.

A separate trade-in question, if I may...

I want to trade in a Samsung Galaxy S3 and an iPhone 4 in GAME (or possibly CEX) as well as a Vita and 16GB memory card.

I don't have boxes for any of these, nor do I have chargers for the phones. Do I need these?

Also, the phones are my girlfriends; does it matter that they were ex-contract phones that she now owns outright, but i'm trading them in as opposed to her?

You don't normally need to include the box or charger, although occasionally you'll get a little less without them. It doesn't matter if the phones were under contract, although if they are network locked again you may get a little less.

Ugh. The smug manager in GAME took great pleasure in telling me I couldn't trade the phones in without a charger.

Are CEX less twatish about it?

CEX's website grades A, B and C versions of phones and all descriptions include a charger... i've settled on £110 for both from Mazuma.

Sorry man, didn't mean to sell you false information. I was sure that a charger wasn't a necessary requirement. Hope it didn't put you out too much.

Not a problem... I'd have gone in there at some point anyway, just wish i'd have traded my Vita in at the same time too. I left in a mood and now I have to go back and chop it in at some point.
