Has anyone got any experience with this?

I'm looking to trade in my Wii and a couple of other games but I'm not quite sure how to go about it. Do I send them all separately or in one big box? Did you get the condition you specified for?

Any help is appreciated.

I traded in, didn't send the game in recorded delivery and it got lost in the post. Haven't tried again since

Reading that a lot of people are having their games 'lost in the post' so maybe I'll give this a miss.

It's an awful, awful service. I traded in games that were as mint condition as it is possible for a used game to be and they still gave me the lowest estimate for them after 'inspection'.

I traded mine in, batman AO they received it and gave me my money within 3 days.

No issues.

I had a great experience with them both times I traded games. All games arrived fine, were processed quickly and I received the full "like new" amount for them.

My only problem was I had selected the wrong barcode version of one game, so it was returned. I resent with the correct barcode, and actually received more money than I'd originally expected.

It's just GTA5, Pokemon X and my Wii I am getting rid of. Thought it would be better than trading in at GAME. Thanks for the help.

Sent a load of games and books in and got more than they quoted for them. Made about £200 in the end.

I sell a lot on Amazon and it's not a bad service. Haven't heard great things about the trading in side of things though.

I've traded in about ten games and sent them using the prepaid label I was given at the end of the trade in request. None of my items were lost in the mail and I received the quoted value every time.

You can bundle your items in one order by adding them to your 'trade in basket' and then completing the process.

No issues from me here either. Only started trading in games around 3 months ago but on each occasion I've just popped the game in a Jiffy bag and dropped it in a post box I recorded. Within 3-5 days I've got the credit

I've traded a whole bunch of stuff with Amazon and have had a reasonable service from them. For some, about 8 months ago they went through a period of losing stuff. This was particularly apparent on Vita games, even to the point where I'd sent a mixed package containing about 3 different formats and only the Vita one went missing. To be fair to Amazon though, they credited me the value each time when I emailed them about it.
It also seems to have got a lot quicker recently.

EDIT: Also, always pick the highest rating you think your stuff is worth and select return if not up to value. I've only ever had 1 thing sent back and that was because it was a slightly different version of the game (original instead of platinum). I'm guessing they just match up the bar code number on them.
