I have occasionally spent an entire Sunday afternoon watching the Come Dine With Me marathon on More 4 :oops:

Back at uni my guilty pleasures were late night Australian tripe like Sons & Daughters and Prisoner Cell Block H on Channel 5 and Supermarket Sweep on ITV in the mornings 8-)

I don't catch it too often, but I find Educating Essex (is that what it's called?) to be pretty funny at times. I wouldn't really call it a guilty pleasure, but it's nothing like my usual fare.
