I just hope Rainbow 6 makes 2015 and doesn't slip as I'm sick of seeing a game I like the look of and then finding I have to wait years before I can play it.

Lol at reading some of your comments about Aisha ,I thought she was great .She can actually present a show and work with the crowd which none of the others can and just look embarrassing. It's a good move that ubisoft have been doing this as its not so strawberry floating cringeworthy .I actually enjoyed the ubisoft show ,EA was just to american business and had just a very bad script so bored the crap out of me.

EA's Australian CEO guy has to be the slimiest guy in the world.

The stuff he was talking about on All Access about having a game with you from the minute you wake up until the minute you go to bed sounded like a living nightmare.

Also, I think the Ubi stuff looks awkward because you can't really gauge the audience response or atmosphere so it looks like all her lame jokes fall flat.

Great Ubi show, except the dance and fitness segments because they're not really for me. Will do my social/fitness stuff in real life, thanks.

I kind of get the Aisha hate, but she's a solid presenter, when she stumbles she makes up for it really well and I think it's a great idea to get in an actress/actor instead of an awkward suit. When the Ubi CEO came on at the end you could immediately tell why that decision was made.

Assassins Creed has set sail for me, I played 2 or 3 hours of the first game and I never got into it. The gfx looked nice but the gameplay and choice of accents suck. The Animus stuff is an excuse at best for that.

Far Cry 4 looked brilliant. The 3rd was amazing and I just want them to build on that foundation. Day 1 purchase.

Aaaand Rainbow Six, also brilliant. Rainbow Six 3 was one of my favourite ever online games with Splinter Cell PT. You had to pick every shot, and aiming was mega precise. This looks to be a return of that and I can't wait.

Also, people complaining about the voice chats. Come on. I dont wanna watch a presentation with your typical voice chat guys, ever. It's a perfectly acceptable way to demo it, stop complaining for the sake of complaining.

You will probably be able to play with all the voices in French, can't see this being a problem when the game is released.

Be great if there was an option, so fair play. Still, just think it's too late in the day to jump into to the franchise.

They are promising they have completely revamped the controls in Unity. One thing they mentioned was that you could now descend from locations as easily as you could climb them, which has always been one of my major gripes with the AC games. Going up is easy, but trying to go down usually leads to you falling clumsily and injuring your character.

Yes. Look, here it is:

Pretty disappointing over all, not enough gameplay, wasn't too fussed about Rainbow Six until I found out it was Rainbow Six!

It could really use a complete reboot with none of that stupid sci-fi "people who came before oh look the sun's exploding again" gooseberry fool beyond the Animus devices. I fear it's only going to get as stupidly convoluted as Resi if it's not nipped in the bud and rebooted soon.

That said, I have no idea if any of that sci-fi gooseberry fool was in AC4 at all, or if it will ever be spoken of again in the series. Maybe if it can be quietly swept under the rug...

Still very much part of AC4, although the magical McGuffin only makes a showing near the end of the plot. Outside of the animus was more boring than ever, no real reason to leave unless the game forced you. One moment you are having a whale of time being a badass pirate and the next you are pulled out and forced to role play as an office worker for a some scenes and dialogue. Ubisoft don't seem to understand that I would rather be a pirate than work in an office.

Everything about the Abstergo sections was wrong. I loved the game - really loved it - but strawberry float me, trundling slowly around a stupid shiny office in a sluggish FPS mode just responding to prompts is not fun. It was like they were just trying to show off how strawberry floating meta they could be - ooh, look, here's a book about Ass Creed 2 on a shelf, here are some figurines of the characters you're playing on a different shelf. We're through the looking glass here, people.

It wasn't even like the hacking was hard, or like I felt any sense of peril at any point. It was just... :fp:
