Steam sale time again and the RS1 DLC is 50% off. RS2014 is 25% off and RS is 50% off.

None of the RS2014 DLC is on sale and neither is the disc import.

Went back to this for the first time this year. Downloaded the Weezer and the System of a Down packs.

88% on a sightread of B.Y.O.B. Not a patch on Aerials, though. Love that tune

Learn to play 5 hits by alt-rock legends R.E.M. on guitar or bass in our newest DLC! “What’s The Frequency, Kenneth?,” “The One I Love,” “Everybody Hurts,” “Überlin,” and “Shiny Happy People” are now on Rocksmith!

The release date for the Xbox One and PS4 version has been announced. It's the 7th if November and it's exclusively bei g sold with Amazon.

I wouldn't at her the PS4 version due to the linking up with Vita to learn the songs whilst not playing, but the DLC I have with the 360 can only be transferred to the bone. May grab it when it's really cheap.

I've bought my daughter an electric guitar for Christmas, and have bought Rocksmith 2014 to see if a Guitar Hero/Rock Band-loving guy like me can transfer over to the real thing!

Just discovered there's lots of user-created DLC at CustomsForge. Anyone tried those?

Also, lots of DLC on sale on the Steam store right now. I bought Cherub Rock, which is needed to play the custom DLC.

I've tried some custom songs from there. The quality is very hit or miss. And there's also the possibility of your save file corrupting, which happened to me. Just make sure to back up your save file beforehand.

Hope you have fun with the game. It's a good time to get the game since the DLC is on sale. Depending on your music taste you might end up spending a lot of money!

Bump from the dead.

The pc version of this is £7.49 on the humble store for the next 4 hours. I have the ps4 version but I want less lag so this should sort that out.

That moment when you forget DLC is tied to a console not an account and you don't have most of your music any more :fp:

But shiiiit this is so much better on pc. 144fps, absolutely no lag now so I'm nailing songs I couldn't before.

Oh and everlong  :datass:

You get latency issues on Xbox One and PS4?

I did on my ps4. That was on my old tv though so it may be a lot better on the new one. I play guitar in the room with the pc anyway so it's far more convenient.

Cool, I didn't realise that. It's probably because this gens audio output is pretty poor, there's no analog out and so you get big problems with audio latency. Last gen was far superior for sound
