I went to the LL pre-order page, prordered and it showed as free, then I got J&D because I technically did pre-order
Think I only paid £10 for the season pass too.

Yeah, I dunno why but Sony Europe doesn't allow themes to be used until the game is released. Sony USA lets pre-orderers use themes from the point they make the pre-order. The only time I am aware they took this approach in UK / Europe is for Morrowind.
I guess it could be something to do with cancelling a pre-order; you can't cancel if you've already started downloading any part of the package.

I've nearly completed the game, Simply games came through in find style. It's superb, and a decent length for a £25 game, absolutely stunning in places.
